I tried to rent a car here: they verbally told me all the conditions, offered to sign a contract.
Naturally, I decided to read what I was signing. And it turned out that the text of the contract is diametrically opposite, the driver is responsible and pays for everything, refused to present an insurance policy for the car (the contract says that if the car is insured, then the liability is in the amount of the deductible, otherwise - full repair). That is, if any scratch occurs, they can claim that there was no insurance and demand to pay for the complete repair of the ENTIRE car (the contract does not say that only the damage that has occurred is subject to repair)! I pointed out the inaccuracies to them and asked them to redo the contract.
The director present at the same time became furious, accused me of reading something at all, and did not believe them verbatim, categorically refused to correct the text - and refused service!!!
That is, this is a real fraudulent office! Deposits are taken not by card, but in cash....
I strongly advise you not to use the services of these crooks!
