I didn't like how the car was washed. Especially the salon. The smell of dust in the car. It was poorly vacuumed, the plastic was just wiped with a rag, that there was dust everywhere again, the seats were not wiped, although when I told them, they were removed. Sorry, I'm used to giving the car away and picking it up without checking how it was washed. It was my first time, maybe I was unlucky, I don't know where the good reviews come from.

I do not recommend it, the complex for 54 rubles with washing mats and vacuuming was provided in 17 minutes. The car is dirty, the interior is not cleaned. Services are at 0. The staff is rude. When asked to remove the trash, they replied that it costs 74 rubles. Nightmare.

Otherwise, this outrage cannot be explained, because in some places dirt remained on the finger if you run it over the body without much effort. They answered my request to fix it, "well, what did you want for this money?". The salon was also washed by the would-be cleaners at the proper level, shoe marks and stained glass remained on the door cards. I washed there before, the quality was completely different. Every car wash, a girl came out and took the car from the cleaners, pointed out the flaws, they corrected and only then called the customers. Now there is no girl, as well as any quality.

I've been coming here for several years and I've always been happy.
About six months ago, they recruited a new staff - cleaners and a girl administrator. The receptionist has a condescending attitude, she is bored, she is unfriendly. Well, I can put up with that.
Two months ago, I stopped by, checked with the salon whether they could unfasten and put the child seat back in, they crumpled, they said we would do it. As a result, the chair was dangling. And if I had put the child there right away?
I tried again. Washing and wiping the interior.
They washed for 20 minutes, at the end the workers hid in the back room, apparently so that I could not point out the flaws - and they were: they did not wash the bird tracks from the driver's handle (!!!), the windshield in dried spots, side windows in the corners in old raindrops. And they took 35 rubles for it. It's a pity that this car wash has deteriorated so much. Don't set foot here anymore.
