The goods are probably good. The store's actions are like those of bigwigs. I was looking for a certain motorcycle, under a state loan (4%, for 3 years), the guy contacted me and said that there was. But you need to send the documents for the loan agreement, later the girl contacted and said that everything was OK. Fortunately, I specified exactly at 4%, I need it for a period of 3 years.
I got an answer that I won't take it now. Either 4% for 6 months, or 19% (regular loan) .
In general, he refused, got upset, and wrote to the salesman guy not to do it anymore (about promises that everything goes through and prioritizes favorable terms). I got a call accusing me of not clarifying anything, and just asked if there was a motorcycle itself.
A week after that, I am the lucky owner of that very motorcycle, on that very loan.
But they said I wouldn't find it.

The worst store for buying a bike. First, we ordered the first one, which came with a lot of scratches. Then we went to figure it out. We arrived at the showcase and another bike was stolen. We decided on it. The next day, they call and say that it was picked up even though we booked it.
I do not recommend using these stores.
