About 3 years ago, on my JEEP LIBERTY car, 2.8 CRD, automatic transmission, 4 x 4, tapping began in the area of the transfer gearbox (distributor) when starting and stopping the engine. A week later, some rattling was added when entering a turn at speed. And then, with difficulty, the four-wheel drive began to turn off from the handle of the distributor (mechanical switching).
I found this repair shop online, which offered almost the only (at that time) repair of transfer gears in Mogilev. Called. They signed up for a diagnosis (in a week). I arrived a little ahead of time. A queue of 5-6 cars. He stood there. I stopped by. They began to watch. He told me everything. Started up - turned off - switched on - moved from place to place ... went down into the pit. There were three diagnosticians. Knocking. I am informed (by a collegial decision) that the distributor is in order, but the engine produces increased RPM and therefore a knock. But! I show the tachometer: 800, as it should be according to the manual. They tell me: the tachometer may lie, but it's more about the automatic transmission. There is some kind of malfunction in it, as a result, increased revs are coming from it - the reason for the knock in the dispenser. Go, look for a master, deal with the automatic transmission.
For everything about everything - about three minutes. And immediately these "specialists" shout: leave, do not delay the queue (5-6 cars still gathered behind me), they have dealt with you.
Okay. I drove off dumbfounded.
I went straight to my friend, a good automatic transmission specialist (he has been servicing it for several years). I told him everything. He was surprised. I got behind the wheel myself and drove around. I drove the car into the box, checked the automatic transmission - everything is completely normal. But there is a knock.
He began to look further... I lifted the car on the lift... And immediately found a torn silent block on the support (cushion) of the automatic transmission in the trash... The support is just at the junction of the automatic transmission and the transfer gearbox, it is very clearly visible from below.
We ordered a support, changed it for tomorrow.
That's it! No problem!

CHUP "Maroz and G" in Mogilev on Ostrovsky str., 21. We recently ordered the repair of the checkpoint (restoration of gears and repair of the hull). We did everything quickly, but not efficiently. Now the same service work is required again.
At first we thought to bring the gearbox back to them, but we were not given any checks for payment for the work done, as well as guarantees. After self-inspection of the checkpoint, it turned out that the bolts were not properly twisted and they unscrewed and pierced the body. The bolts can be unscrewed with your hands without any effort (although this should not be!!!!). How is it? Irresponsible attitude to work? Did one employee rely on the other and didn't fix the bolts??? Or was the service on vacation for so long that after going to work I wanted to earn money quickly and therefore the quality of the services performed turned out to be at such a level???
We are very dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided, especially for such a price that would cost us half the cost of a complete replacement of the checkpoint.
P.S. from the wishes: I think that customers would like to know the cost for the services provided by the service at least at the stage of the readiness call, and not at the checkout. I would like to see a receipt where it will be written where the amount went. Well, and have a warranty period after the work is completed.
Thanks to word of mouth, I learned about this service. I applied for a major repair of the box, I was satisfied. There, after some time, he replaced the release cylinder. All the work was done at a high level. All the guys from the service know their business. Prices don't bite.
