Any master can make a mistake, but here the director has a very correct approach: the client should be satisfied. All issues are resolved and the machine becomes as good as new. I did a difficult body repair here without replacing a quarter (although many would have been sentenced), the locks, as for emergency spare parts, turned out to be just excellent. The shade of silver paint was perfectly matched, and small chips on the body were cured as a gift. Trimming aluminum is also not a problem.
And it's all outside the city, the prices are correspondingly lower.
Two years ago, I repaired a Ford edge from these under-repairers. Visually, they did not do badly, but inside it was a real horror, when the electricians removed all the plastic during repair and saw how the heel of the spar was restored, everyone was just taken aback, and I myself was shocked without really understanding. It turns out that the spar was not even pulled by all the terrible curves, although I paid very impressive money for the work.
It's just awful. We were restoring the car after an accident. I'll just attach a couple of photos. Moreover, it was stipulated what to do "as for yourself."
