Zero customer focus,. Terrible customer service attitude. The operators cannot answer basic questions, and the head of the department allows himself to hang up, apparently our questions do not deserve her attention. In short, there are only disappointments.

I used the services up to a certain point - I ordered delivery on Thursday 28.09.23 to 29.09.23. The goods under the order, paid for. Customers expected it on 29.09.23 until the end of the working day. At the end of the day, a letter is sent to the post office (this is Friday) that the cargo will not be delivered today. I call back, they promise to deliver on Saturday before 15.00. Again not delivered. Today, 02.10.23 again a letter that the cargo is delayed, I call back, now they promise to deliver only 03.10.23. To my question: And I have to pay for such delivery, they answer me, yes, of course, necessarily, but how.....
