I found an ad for the sale of a car on the Internet, studied the description, called the manager to find out more information, asked questions to the manager specifically on the items indicated in the ad, because one of the items was important... the manager replied that he could not immediately answer, because the car he is on remote sale and is currently working, he said that he would dial the owner and clarify all the nuances and then call me back ... after 10-15 minutes, he called me back and replied that everything was working properly and everything in this car was working, he specified when it was possible to inspect the car, they said to pre-arrange, because the car is working ... a few days later, I called again and agreed on the day of the inspection, to which I received a positive response (I was traveling from another area). upon arrival, I was "pleasantly" surprised.... Some of the car's options are not provided in it from the factory! Although they are written on the website!!! When I asked how it happened, the manager replied that the ad was made by a girl and she, to put it mildly, did not know what she was writing! Then the question is: who did the manager contact and which car did he find out about, giving me the answer in a phone conversation that everything is there and everything is working?)sorry for the time, effort and money spent)) I advise you to clarify all the information thoroughly if you are going to go to them from far corners of the country) but in general, there is a normal playground and a choice of cars for every pocket!

I was putting my car up for sale .
Before that , I drove to other comics around the city , everywhere I was required to wash , refuel , etc.
They accepted it without question.The staff are very responsive and polite, they even helped to recharge the battery outside the car commission. While the car was on sale , we were always in touch , we gave it away without any problems to go to the city .
Therefore, really the best commission in the city, thanks a lot to the guys who handled my car!!!

07.03.2024 I came from Mogilev to pick up a car for myself-I went to this car commission and was pleasantly surprised by the attitude, attention, consultations and just a positive mood from the staff!I got communication and advice from Director Eugene himself, a positive guy with a constantly ringing phone, but this did not prevent him from explaining everything in his sleep, telling, showing, doing a test drive around the city and choosing a car for himself.The docks were completed in a couple of hours -along the way, the staff checked all the fluids, gave diagnostics and a spare tire just in case (the road is long)

Nonsense is not sold and all wishes are taken into account. As a result, I bought a car that was almost trouble—free - I only had to completely replace the rear brakes and that's it. The car passed the inspection the first time without a single comment. Diagnostics at the service station showed that the chassis is in perfect condition. There are no problems with the body either (there are small bugs, but it takes a couple of hours to remove them). I drove more than 1,000 km by car, everything is fine. I do not recommend it!!! A strange commission, the car of interest was not in the parking lot, but the owner was still moving on it. We agreed with Pavel that he would shoot a video with a thickness gauge. I had to go from Gomel, I didn't want to come to the "blind". On the phone, they first said about a couple of colors, but on the video it turned out that there were more of them. In principle, I agreed and that's why I came to Grodno. I checked the car with a thickness gauge myself and found many more places with a thick layer of putty! On the front passenger doorstep, inside, there was a seam on which the paint had already swelled and there were 1000-2000 microns!!! This was not shown on the video! Pavel said that he did not notice because the car was in the dust when he shot the video for me. It's just ridiculous and as stupid as possible for him to respond like that! He just saw it and decided not to show it to me, so that I would not "jump off", the calculation was only for this! That I would come by train and pick it up anyway, so as not to think about how to go back. But it wasn't there, I told Pavel that until they start receiving physical punishment for this, they probably won't start working honestly and I took a taxi away from there. In general, I do not recommend contacting them as much as possible!!!
Updated: On September 19, Evgeny contacted me, introduced himself as the director of this parking lot. Did you ask me why I left a negative review? I explained everything as it was, and we had a calm and constructive conversation. As a result, Evgeny himself offered to compensate my expenses for the trip from Gomel to Grodno and back. In the evening of the same day, the money came to my card! In general, if you do not like the way employees are conducting a dialogue with you, or as in my case, not all information was given on the nuances of the car, which are visible during inspection, then contact the management immediately!
