I highly do not recommend it, they needed to repair the steering rack on the phone, they said they would do it, they came again, discussed everything, said they would do everything, left the car. The next day they called and told me to go pick up the car, because they can't unscrew the bolts. That is, a service station that specializes in steering rails cannot unscrew the bolts to remove the steering rack. The question is why they took it. They are only interested in easy money, and when faced with difficulty they realized that it would take effort and time, it is easier to call and say we will not do it. The result: wasted time, nerves and dirty carpet
The cause of the breakdown turned out to be completely unrelated to the steering, but they didn't push it to another car repair shop, everything was quickly diagnosed and fixed within a day.

The most interesting thing happened on the spot, I came for a car , they began to list the list of completed works, then the amount of 1800r)) asked one question what problem I addressed and what they did to me, for what I should pay at all. The manager asked so we put your rail back, (they said on the phone that they had restored it)
The result was that I took the car without paying . I turned to another service , everything is OK with the rail , the angle sensor was put upside down . Cleaned , put in place , the amount is 200 rubles.
I 've never written reviews , but there are just no words here . I hope someone will read this review and save their time, nerves, money and cars from these "masters"!!!!

There were polite people on the phone, but in fact I got out of the car and said hello. The master stands, there is still one next to him - they are silent. I think I need to say the gist. He explained the reason. Driven into a PIT. The master climbed up, looked there, asked the assistant to shake the car right and left, got out. He walked past me and told someone after that it wasn't a rail. The diagnosis lasted 30 seconds. I'm standing, of course I may not understand much about repairs and all technical things, as specialists, but maybe they thought that since I can't clearly say what to tell him. I stood in mixed feelings for 20 seconds, a man came up to me, apparently from the administration, asked the master, who just went to the smoking room and did not tell me anything about the car. The master told him to let him go diagnose the suspension. Fortunately, they didn't charge me anything for a professional examination and I left. When I arrived at the service station the next day, from where I was sent to these guys, the master listened to me and began to watch the suspension, since it was not a rail. After careful inspection, both under load and in suspension, the master said that yes, the stabilizer bars were broken, but there was also a LARGE BACKLASH of the RACK, which he repeatedly checked, since he did not understand why the guys from the carking did not see this.
In short, I can't say anything else except "super". Maybe they repair the slats when they have already been removed and see the problem, but in order to give incorrect verdicts in 30 seconds like this, you need to be very confident in your professionalism.
As a result, I asked her to take care of her at another service station and, as I understand it, they took the rails, including to the carking - I asked her to take it to any service station on rails, but not to these guys. Thanks

They said it was a little thing))) And after 1 year, problems began: the oil seal was pressing, the liquid was on the asphalt, the amplifier was not working, the wife was driving.... and to turn the steering wheel in the XC90 without an amplifier, even a man will get steamed up! Several offices tried to install a new oil seal without removing the rail... this only made the situation worse.

The entire undercarriage of the car is filled with oil, as well as all suspension units. Of course, nothing was washed.

I will not describe all the disadvantages of the service. I will say that after the service, the nuts on the wheel were unscrewed, which was removed and put on. Fortunately, it was in the city and there was another service on the way, where I immediately stopped, where they revealed the cause of the knock in the form of relaxed nuts on stilettos. I'm afraid to imagine if I was driving somewhere at speed and a tire came off, how it could all end.... I do not recommend this service station to anyone. There are too many joints and you can immediately see the complete lack of desire for the work of the co-workers.
I asked to adjust the steering rack. It's pinched. They said I could adjust it myself.
