We rested here in a hotel on the territory and in a wooden house.
The hotel is clean, but everything is old. The room has a toilet and a shower. The gazebo for the kitchen is very well equipped, it was nice to have breakfast there)
But the house is damp, not particularly ventilated, smells strongly of the toilet. Plus, there were toilets from the campsite next to us - it was impossible to be on the porch. There's a hive of wasps on the roof, it doesn't work- but it's still unnerving. Because there are a lot of wasps around, again, it's not okay to eat outside.
The gazebo for the houses is separate-it is not very.
Among the advantages: proximity to the sea, a cool wild beach.
We went to friends' houses across the street - they had a good time. There is a well-thought-out ventilation system and the septic tank is buried enough not to emit odors)
I recommend this place for camping, for a wild vacation. But the houses and the hotel - the price and quality do not match.

A magical place! On the beach, conveniently located. There is a shadow! Swing on the shore. The attitude towards the guests is very friendly, they will prompt and help everyone. There is a cafe and a shop nearby.
I upset the shower (it's okay that it's just a tank of water that is heated by the sun, the temperature is enough, the pressure is too. But the very arrangement of the shower, rotten curtains, with weights from the wind, the stench is terrible, it's scary to touch them. The shower in such places should be washed once a day. I believe that everyone will be ready for the 2025 season! Because otherwise, everything is sooo happy!

The place is great!!! I especially recommend it for a wild holiday, it's not too crowded, you won't have to walk over your heads. 👍👍👍there are outlets on the camping site, but I recommend taking a carrier of at least 25 meters, it will be useful 😉 the toilet is clean, there is water -taps throughout the territory. There is a hot shower and there is a summer shower with cold water. One thing I didn't like was that there is no trash, we need to take it away ourselves for 600 meters, and there are mosquitoes, be sure to take repellents.Nice, clean beach, and rocks and sand mixed, there are 2 large swings. There are houses and a hotel on the territory, pricing policy 👍there is a Wi-fi signal is weak, of course, for such a large number of vacationers. The hosts are hospitable, they do not get bored, you can also rent sun loungers, umbrellas, and boards from them. It is located 73 km from the border. The rest is quiet, calm, in general, the place is very good for relaxation, a lot of trees, shade. Next to the dining room-cafe, I generally recommend it

I was at this campsite in the month of June. I liked everything very much, the price/quality ratio is just perfect. Many guests have been coming here for years and in general they are very nice, not noisy people who will not bother you. The administration is very hardworking and responsive people, they always go to a meeting. Almost every tree has an outlet, you will not be left without electricity. There is water, wash the dishes and shower. There is Wi-Fi. There is also a cafe 50 meters away, but unfortunately the food there is not very tasty, and not all dishes from the menu are available. But it's okay to have breakfast and travel, especially since there is a large grocery supermarket 500 meters away. The campsite itself is very conveniently located for trips to the sights of Abkhazia, near New Athos, and Sukhum. Not far from the Ritz. Camping-I recommend it!) Of the disadvantages of the trip, but this does not apply to camping in any way, I will note the local driving style. Locals drive as they want, regardless of the solid and signs, be extremely careful on the road. And of course serpentines, and many kilometers of traffic jams, starting from Lermontovo and all the way to Sochi. It is better to stop in front of them and rest properly in order to avoid undesirable consequences for yourself and the car. Have a good trip, friends!

Clean and well-maintained green area! There is a shower, toilet and kitchen area! There are 3 top-tops to the beach👣 7 min. Walking to the local store (they accept maps there)...The cost is 1000 rubles. That's it!!!!No matter how many people, no matter how many tents, Yes, there is no electricity, but we were not particularly neglected, since there is a solar panel, and you can charge gadgets in the kitchen (there are sockets for this).The hostess does not place many tent camps, which is a huge plus..There were three days and 2 nights-silence!!!! I really liked the value for money. The convenient location is right off the federal highway and it is accessible to drive to any city / side. There are normal toilets. Drinking water in the tap. There are sinks for washing dishes, etc. the taps are only located too high from the sinks, not critical. Sockets are available and it is possible to connect always and everywhere. There are enough trees, and there are open areas. There are showers with hot water, only one pallet underfoot is not very convenient for children. There are big dogs and cats walking around the territory, but they are very kind and you can feed them. My children really enjoyed it, especially sleeping with a clean, boiling white kitty. They didn't get infected or get sick)) The beach is pebbly sandy . the sand is black. A wild beach. But gentlemen vacationers, do not cut down the laurel trees ! They've been growing for so long! There are shops across the street, grocery prices are like in the market. Don't wait any cheaper. Even in the central markets, the difference is rarely 30 rubles.

It's a great place that's packed with people. The sea is clean 50/50, the beach is pebbly sand, sometimes dolphins come. There are two showers, one warm, the other icy, taste and color in general. There are 5 toilets, but there are still queues, sockets on almost every tree, next to a cafe and across the highway diagonally a cafe))) In general, there are more pros if there are cons. Great camping!

We were in Abkhazia for the first time. We stayed at this campsite and did not lose. The sea, shower, toilet, electricity to the tents are all there. The location is excellent, we went to different cities, everything is nearby. Thanks to the administration.

Positive:
A normal beach. There are stones, but so is the sand.
There are electrical outlets on almost every tree.
Toilets with toilets. Very simple, but they are cleaned by a cleaner. Well done.
The price is affordable.
Minuses:
The administration does not react in any way to the nighttime drunken music festivals of vacationers.
If you come across an idiot neighbor who wants to listen to music loudly, you will figure it out yourself.
There is a cafe nearby, probably belonging to a camping site, where birthdays are celebrated until midnight - the music is screaming very loudly.
Keep this in mind.
There are showers - but this is some kind of disgrace, made of planks, with pallets instead of a floor. Hung with a rag.
If all this is not repulsive, the place is good, but you can not dream of a quiet holiday here.
We lived there for 10 days.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time, but there is something to compare it with.
Wherever there is a water outlet on the territory, it is drinkable everywhere: normal, odorless. The water in the shower is warm enough to wash despite the relatively large number of people. Everything is provided for campers: there is a large store nearby, the plot is planted with trees, you can use a washing machine and a refrigerator.
Unobtrusive service.
There's a cafe nearby - we haven't tried the food there, but in the season before 12, music plays, plus to their karma: it's not too loud.
Frogs croak behind the fence.
The sea is calm, clear as a baby's tear. Separate toilet fee: they are clean, in working condition and not smelly.
One of the disadvantages is the railway right behind the campsite. The trains are not too frequent, but it is unpleasant in the evening. This is the best place we've stayed. I definitely recommend it.
There are separate houses and like hotels.

Great camping!
We've been coming to this place for years and we don't want to change the location at all. Families from different regions of Russia come here for a reason.
Not expensive, cozy, affordable.
The sea is very close.
The territory has light, water, shower (warm), toilets (always washed and cleaned).
You can safely leave your belongings and go on excursions for the whole day.

The most adequate camping. Well, really, there is water everywhere, every tree has lights and sockets, there are refrigerators, everything is included in the price, 50 meters from the road, a clean beach and very calm, even though there were a lot of people. Everyone is adequate, quiet, the owners keep order. We met Dmitry, he puts his whole soul into camping. Who else doubts- believe me, the place is gorgeous.

Cozy, clean camping, there is a washing machine, refrigerator, hot water, Wi-Fi, the sea is literally two steps away, the owners are friendly and attentive. In the campsite itself, you can buy vegetables, fruits and there are shops not far away, there is also a hotel if you suddenly get tired of the tent.
My husband and I traveled for two years in a row in 2021-2022, there were a lot of people, that some guests came and left due to lack of space, in the period from early August to the end of August. In 2022, the Elbrus dance ensemble came, the host held a competition for adults and children, the winners received prizes, it was very interesting, just super. If you have the opportunity to visit Abkhazia again, then only at the Achandar campsite.

A great place to relax in a tent. There is water, warm and cold shower, excellent toilet. Lots of outlets. There is Wi-Fi, but I would like to add more capacity. The sea is 30 meters away, the beach is clean. There is a shop on site. Good-natured and hospitable hosts. For the price, the calculation is as follows- for a car 100r / day and per person 300r / day. The price includes all the benefits of camping.
One of the disadvantages is that dogs run around. Although they are good-natured, they are dirty. One of them stole a leather sandal at night (they never found it).

Good camping, you can find a place in the shade. Many new trees have been planted. The sea is nearby, clean, slightly cloudy during a storm, there are no algae. The beach is wide, there are a lot of places, probably considered wild, but pretty clean. It would be possible to add more sockets, and Wi-Fi is more powerful. The shower was mostly cold, during 10 days of staying at the campsite I managed to swim in warm water 1 time. Fruits are sold on the territory, there is a cafe-dining room nearby where you can have a delicious meal. There are 2 shops and a cafe-canteen not far away.

He has been vacationing at this campsite for the 2nd year in a row. I really like it. Cozy, clean, it is clear that the owners are watching him. Development is not in place, good toilets have been made this year (which is not unimportant). There are all conditions for a comfortable stay, especially for novice campers, lights, sockets for each place! Special thanks to the owners, after going to the mountains, our muffler broke, we turned to Dima for advice on where to brew, he suggested and we repaired the car.

The best camping that I have met in Abkhazia, and indeed along the Black Sea coast, has everything: lights, sockets at the tent, hot cold shower, Wi-Fi throughout the territory, the campsite is located almost in the forest 100 meters from the sea, next to the campsite: a cafe, two shops. The worst of the worst. I don't understand why according to 5.0 reviews (everyone who is there and with whom we talked after, everyone is in shock and will never return there)
There are a lot of people, no refrigerators, no kitchens, they write one price, but take another (they do not discuss the points). A huge minus is the railway, even if you take the far corner from it, you will still hear rumbling every train and wake up 100%. The only thing I can put at least one star for is the sea. It is a minute's walk away, very clean, stone-Pebbles.

That's where the real rest is.
It's just paradise. Everything is free and accessible. This is a place where you just relax. If someone didn't like it, then you don't need to go to a car camp, but live in hotels. Here, there is simply freedom of rest, as I want to rest. Many thanks to the owners of the campsite. Simple hardworking people who take care of our vacation.

I really liked the camping. The sea is nearby, there are all amenities: a clean toilet, a shower with hot and cold water, there is water (to wash dishes or rinse your feet after the beach), a washing machine 150 rubles, Wi-Fi, electricity, a cafe nearby.
The sea is clean, the coast is cleaned by the owners.
There is a refrigerator.
Shops are within walking distance, it is possible to rent a sup board. The campsite is not noisy, the people are friendly.
The price is 600 rubles per car, without electricity.
We looked at other campsites in the vicinity, the price is too high, the road to them is not very good, to put it mildly.
Camping is great! The price is nice!🥰

Very good camping. For every discerning customer. The place for tents is flat and grassy. For each tent place there is an electric outlet and a ceiling light. For people of more mature age, there is a hotel in which a split-system bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a kitchen with a minimum necessary set of dishes for cooking, both for kids and adults, there is a gas stove.

A very beautiful place! We rested for 6 days for 4200 for two! The camp has light, water, shower and NEW toilets are clean. Trees, flowers, the sea and excellent neighbors and hosts. At night it was quiet, no screams, no music, just the sound of the sea. In the morning dolphins with seagulls hunt flocks of fish! Nightingales are singing. Kind dogs) Thanks to Argur Dima Edgar for wonderful days! It was the first time we had a rest in this format, I advise you to try it for those who have not dared for a long time!

We were with my wife from August 18 to August 20, 2023. There are sockets, but you need an extension cord (so take it with you). The location of the tents is very close, after the Crimea, the village of Morskoye, where we were located far from the general cluster, was a little uncomfortable, and then not because of so much proximity of neighbors, but families of 3 children who started whimpering from 6 a.m. and their parents ignored them as much as possible. Wi-fi in the center of the campsite was at 5+, watching videos in HD quality without delay, toilets at 5+, but something needs to be done with showers, starting at least from the floor. The price is 300 rubles. with people and for some reason not 100, but 200 from the car, although there was a question whether we had a passenger car or not. In general, it is a decent place to relax, but the serpentine on the way to Abkhazia makes you know. If we compare it with the Marine camping in the Crimea, we will not return here.

The campsite is located next to the sea, but be prepared for the fact that there is a highway and a railway along which trains run 2-3 times a day. There is a toilet, shower, taps with drinking water, refrigerator, washing machine (extra charge), Wi-Fi, kitchen, veranda and mini hotel. Toilets and showers certainly leave much to be desired, dirty, cleaning 1 time a week. But there are questions not only for the owners, but also for the residents, don't be pigs - clean up after yourself!!! There is no hot water on site. In the shower, the water is heated by the sun, in the evening you can't go to the shower with the children, the water is cold. There are no places for washing dishes, only one faucet has a table. WiFi was catching in places. But the sea and the beach are cool.
