We had a family vacation in July 2024. I really liked it.A comfortable and cozy house, which has everything you need: refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, shower and toilet.There is a shared kitchen on site, which also has a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, electric kettle, barbecue, washing machine and iron. There is a parking lot on site. Very friendly and hospitable hosts Madeleine and Ardon. There is a retail outlet nearby where you can buy local products.We recommend it for family holidays . The beach is 100 meters away.

We arrived in Abkhazia at the end of June 2024. We were going to find a camping site, but in Abkhazia, unlike in the Krasnodar Territory, this is not good. We spent half a day looking for a place to stay and purely by chance found a campsite where you can rent a house for a day or stay with tents (the yard is quite large). Without thinking twice, we decided to rent a house for 1-2 days, but stayed for a week. Both outside and inside, everything is done with taste. Inside there is everything necessary for living: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, toilet / shower (if there is anything outside), hot/cold water, wi-fi. There is also a summer kitchen in the courtyard:sink, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, kettle, kitchen utensils - everything is there. There is a kiosk nearby with almost everything you need. Everything is acceptable for the price.
The distance from the sea is ± 100 meters. The hostess is very friendly and pleasant. If we come to Abkhazia again, we will definitely stay here. We recommend it to everyone!

The main area is covered with green grass, the plot is clean.
Of the cons.
There is WiFi, but it does not catch everywhere, the hostess promised to fix it.
Under the trees, someone trampled all the grass and now there is sand.
The neighbors have roosters crowing in the morning, I really wanted to shoot them))

We had a family vacation for a week. The sea is 300 meters away. The hostess's attitude towards the guests is very friendly. Millions of articles have been written about the disadvantages of Abkhazia - I don't see any point in repeating myself. There were no complaints specifically about the place of stay.

Fenced area, there is a toilet, hot shower. Everything is clean and tidy. The price in mid-July was 1000 rubles per tent. Hazel trees grow on the site, you can put a tent in the shade. For me, the conditions are quite acceptable. But the neighbors have a rooster and he starts screaming incessantly from four in the morning. Those who have a light sleep will be a problem.
In general, I recommend it.

We are tourists on bicycles. We came to visit you in September and we really liked the clearing! There is a shower, toilet, sockets) Quietly, calmly. Yes, and the hostess sits next to the camping from 9:00 to 20:00, you can go for a walk and not be afraid)

There was one night at the end of July 2023, a family of three and a car. The cost is 1000 rubles / day for everyone. The hostess said that from the first of August the price will be 1500 rubles.
This is not a camping site. Just a fenced area, there is a toilet and a shower with hot water. Wi-Fi. There is nothing else. The soil there is clay and it is enough to walk from the toilet to the tent and all your feet will be in the dust. At this price, I honestly don't recommend it. There is something to compare it with. There are much better and cheaper options in Abkhazia.

Everything is fine. Brand new toilet and shower with hot water, wi-fi, electricity. There is a great shade under the tangerine trees (we hung a hammock and set up a table). You can safely go on an excursion and leave your belongings. An outsider will not enter the territory. Right at the campsite there is a tent with fresh pastries, beer, cakes and lots of goodies.
The only disadvantage is not on the beach, but close enough - 4 minutes.

It's hard to call camping, the place is great, like I came to the country.
There is a shower, a toilet, everything is like in an apartment with hot water! The clearing is not big, we were alone in the territory.
The territory is fenced, we left a tent with things and leaving in the morning returned late at night and no one approached the things. 300 meters from the sea and the beach, there are many cafes and other hotels nearby.
