The window broke, it did not rise when the button was pressed. They called avtogavan, said they didn't know what to do yet. Therefore, they said it would cost about 30-40 rubles. They also gave an example of what can be changed. We arrived at avtogavan. We went into the workshop and explained the situation once again. We were told to wait 20 minutes to find out the cause of the breakdown. We were taken to a waiting room on the second floor. It is worth noting that only the bathroom is larger in size than our living room in the apartment. After 30 minutes, we get a call and are told to come down. They also said that they had done everything. We were a little surprised. We went down and looked at it. Everything really works. This is despite the fact that we were told to wait until the cause of the breakdown was found out, but we did everything completely. As a result, when we went back to the workshop, we were told the price of 10 rubles. Again, we were surprised, because they told us +-30 rubles. They offered to make a copy of those passports, they also wrote down what else they would need to do in the future. Excellent service, especially the bathroom, 5 stars
