Despite their busy schedule, the guys did not send, they took the car, promising to start working on it as soon as possible. As a result, I had not yet taken a taxi home when I received a call saying that one of the coils had failed. The coil and candles were replaced for me (at my request) and in the evening I happily picked up the car. The price of work and spare parts is more than adequate. The staff is smart, the treatment is only positive. I recommend the service!
The first couple of times they work as they should, as soon as you get into their confidence, they start doing bullshit, they keep the car for more than a week instead of the promised couple of days (coming up with different reasons, they didn 't order it, it didn 't fit, etc.) the receptionist was Sergey, in my opinion, if he didn 't change, he's still an actor.
The parts were not always returned from the car , they did not even show that we had removed them , they wrote that they had carried out the work , but in fact they were not visible . ,

It's just terrible. Worker. Not competent people ask one another in the process of repairing a car what to do and how to do it (people have no idea). But it would be nothing. I changed the brake cylinders on the rear drums. And less than a month has passed since I lost the brakes at a speed of 110 (the result is not a high-quality cylinder installation).
The same story with the hub bearing (a week after installation and it crumbled) the wheel went eight. It began to wear on the road, the benefit was not great at that moment. If you want to do something about it, one hundred percent. It's better to stand and watch and guess if it breaks, it won't break. If it were possible to put 0, I would put 0.

In fact, the initial diagnosis is incorrect, they call without accurate information, they do not value time (they call themselves set a time when they can drive up, and after arrival there is no necessary specialist), additional repairs come out, which was the result of the main repair, for which they also take payment, they call to pick up the car, although all exits from the service station are blocked by loading trucks (location feature), as a result of 3 hours of work from the car.
I really hope that the owner will pay attention to the current situation and affect the quality of service and the attitude of employees to work.

Then, in case of expensive repairs, if you buy some spare parts yourself to save money, be prepared for the fact that some of the work (in my case, a jammed wheel) will be ignored, and they can arrange a dirty trick for the future (a vaguely working generator and a 3/4 cut brake hose) in retaliation for the fact that I didn't let them earn money. Now I don't set foot on them, although in the beginning I recommended them to my friends...
