The feeling that you are not welcome in this company (did a collapse-convergence). I stopped by the "office" several times, after a preliminary call, there is no record, a live queue is formed by the wrecker mechanic himself, you don't have to go to the order desk, firstly, the administrator solves his business by phone, or communicates with colleagues (the client is not in priority), secondly, if there is a live queue, why should the client go to to the master and take a queue?(then why the order desk and the administrator?). Separately, the diagnostic card is not issued by collapse, but the master is adequate, will show and tell you what happened / became. Waiting in line for 15+ minutes.
I do not recommend it, even considering the price of the service
Messed up the collapse-convergence. A "specialist" with extensive experience assured that the convergence is regulated by racks (!) the shock absorber.... As expected, the convergence did not work out that way. To prove the truth, I had to adjust it on another service by taking a printout of the deviations of the collapse. After reading the report, the "specialist's" self-confidence disappeared. The explanation was "the bushings on the device need to be replaced."..I had to stop by 4 times, spend time and fuel to return 50% of the cost of the work. A very strange attitude to his job, despite the premium cars. In general, Igorek car service is not our forte.
Perfect collapse. It's just divine. The guys did so well that I found out what it feels like when the car drives so cool. And most importantly, on a first-come, first-served basis, without an appointment in 15-20 minutes!
