The list of his positive qualities can be continued indefinitely!! Throughout the entire route, we were surrounded by care and attention, received sound advice and recommendations!! Personally, it was VERY important and pleasant for me, because I work in the service sector myself and it is obvious that today there are no SUCH professionals, even the Soviet approach to training!! I passed a technical inspection on 04/25/2025, arrived a little earlier than the time for which I was recorded, the station staff was friendly, immediately noticed the headlights that were clouded by time and operation and warned that there might be no STG due to the clouding of the glasses, and later it turned out that way (they gave recommendations (they suggested "it should be polished"). I did everything the same evening and the difference is, so to speak, on the road, that night, that day, and a clear STG, the guys are well done, professionals in their field, polite and friendly, I've been going through them for the 4th year and have never regretted it. Our organization tried to cooperate with Bus Fleet No. 5 in the contractor/customer plan. Procurement staff are not attentive, legally literate, unable to read and agree on the terms of the contract. Denis Vasilyevich Krasovsky, the head of one of the departments, deliberately slowed down the signing of the contract, probably intending to get a kickback, I do not recommend this organization. The staff is not competent.

Terrible attitude towards passengers. I was exactly 2 minutes late on the Warsaw-Minsk route, the taxi arrived at 06.59, the bus left at 07.00, no call, the boorish attitude of the operators that they do not have to search! But as they have a delayed flight, this is normal in their understanding!

07.10.2024 I was traveling along the route 140 of the bus (AT 7818-7) , at 07:20. Your driver considered it right and proper to yell at me during a trip in transport due to the fact that I was standing in the front doors of the bus and allegedly blocking the passage to other passengers. Why your employee decided that he had the right to shout and lecture in raised tones at an entire bus full of people, at a person he absolutely did not know, remains a big question for me. I have not seen such rudeness for a long time! The mood is spoiled from the very morning and for the whole day. I ask you to have an explanatory conversation with the employee on how to communicate with passengers.

Guys..I can't tell you how the park itself is interesting..but the dining room is decent. A large assortment.everything is very tasty. Prices...Well, very very pleasant. A full set for 10 rubles. there is both the first and the second and a salad and a cola and a bun. I recommend draniki in a pot!!

Before buying tickets from Brest to Minsk from this carrier, think 10 times. Flight 13.05.2024 Warsaw - Minsk. 2 tickets were purchased from Brest to Minsk at 18:50, but the bus could not arrive because it was stuck at the border for 10 hours. After 3 hours, half-empty buses of the same carrier began to arrive, which were supposed to be in Brest in the morning of that day. Of course, the tickets could not be returned, they were not accepted. In attempts to leave on these tickets, the drivers completely refused to take us on our e-tickets, they only said wait for your flight, it will be on the morning of 05/14.24, the problem is that we were refused by the same carrier from whom the tickets were purchased by the BRANCH "BUS PARK No. 5". To leave for Minsk in another car. transportation was not possible, as there were no available seats. Thank you at least for having to pay this carrier again so that we could be taken to Minsk and not stay at the train station all night. Of course, the problem is not money, but the carrier's attitude towards its customers is obscene, it looks something like this (you paid us, and then it's not our concern anymore). MINSKTRANS, is it really impossible to inform drivers of international flights so that on the way they first of all pick up their customers who have become hostages in the city due to the fact that your flight is stuck at the border, because a person has a ticket in his hands, and buses just go half-empty to Minsk and cannot pick up their own client, only if he does not pay them again, we are your customers, we already have a ticket, what is the difference in flights, because there is one destination, or at least in your electronic ticket specify in more detail information that the bus may be delayed due to crossing the border from 1 hour to several days. Here are the guys of the 21st century and the world of technology, they came up with online services for buying tickets, and the system itself is not at all established. There is another option, it would be possible not to buy tickets, but simply to book seats in this online service, and only then, in fact, these reserved seats are already paid for at the train station or at the driver. As a result, the old and simple method of buying tickets turned out to be more practical, he actually bought and left or did not buy, but at least he did not lose money out of the blue.

He has long legs and rests against the seat, i.e. I have to drive almost standing all night. When I asked the driver to change seats, the answer was that there were no seats, although when I walked through the cabin, there were 5 empty seats to Minsk. That's how we drove. It's not 20 km.
