We stayed at this campsite twice. The first time was in September 2023, I really liked it, gorgeous nature and the sea, great weather, helpful staff. I was a little annoyed by the music in the evenings, but it was bearable. The facilities were not very comfortable, the toilet was often not cleaned, but there was always hot water. The next year, 2024, we decided to come again and were devastatingly disappointed. No, nature and the sea are the same, but the blaring music from all the eateries until late at night just pissed me off. This is a quiet horror, I understand that swollen individuals want razgulyaev, but it's too much to yell for 2-3 people until one or two in the morning. We survived two nights and left. And what a good place it was. I hope that something will change for the better for the 2025 season, but for now I strongly do not recommend this camping for recreation.

We stayed at this campsite for 5 days.
From the good: beautiful pine forest, friendly staff,beautiful clear sea,gorgeous sunsets,good location,electricity (take a carrier and a slow cooker,very
it will come in handy), WiFi.
From the not very good:
1) Toilet. It is often clogged, paper and garbage lie in a large tank for 2 days, not cleaned.
2) Shower.It works according to the principle: whoever has time, has washed.There are 2 Bolera, but of course there are not enough of them for the number of residents.Therefore, there is no hot water in the evening.And there are also no shelves where you can place shower accessories.
3) from 9 to 12, music is blaring from two cafes that are nearby.
4) There are a lot of dogs that climb into the tent and mark it. 🤬
In general, the place is not bad, if you refine these points, it will be super.
Because of the thunderstorm, electricity was cut off and there was no water in the camp.Technical and drinking water was brought.

This is an organized place of rest: there is water, a place to wash, a normal toilet, friendly hosts, the most magnificent views (especially if you walk behind the pier).
When you come to this campsite to relax, be ready for different music blasting from 3 sides until 12 at night. The cherry on the cake will be some loud cicadas.
When we were there, the constant noise of the sea. There were waves that lifted the sand and we were all in the sand.
There was never enough hot water for us and we washed under a slightly warm shower, technical water (actually, like the water in the shower) smells, we did not use drinking water - we bought bottled water.

In general, the place itself is good, there are trees, the sea is pleasant if there are no waves, when there were waves, the boulders were washed away and it is difficult to get in and out. The facilities at the campsite are nominal, a double toilet and a double shower, at rush hour when everyone wants to swim, a queue accumulates and the boiler does not cope, it cools down quickly and cold water goes, despite the fact that the campsite was half full, I conclude that if it is full then the problem with the toilet and shower will worsen. One night, some local aborigine spoiled the impression of this place (there is no other way to say it) after the music from all sides from the cafes ended and silence seemed to come, he drank wine and shouted obscenities all the time, it was heard throughout the campsite and proved to someone else that he was local and everything was possible for him here. Would I come here with my family again? Rather not, there are campsites in the shade of pine trees in the Krasnodar Territory and you do not need to go through this stupid customs. And Crimea is even much better. This is my opinion based on my own rich experience.

A good beach by the standards of camping. If you want to relax in a quiet place listening to the sound of the sea and birds, then this will come out for you exclusively in the morning or afternoon. In the evening, due to the fact that they set up a cafe 20 m from the campsite and sent speakers, you will not have to sleep for a minimum of 12 hours or even more. There is a place in the campsite where you can wash the dishes, hands, but so that you pour yourself because there is no sink, but only a faucet at a height of 1.5 meters and a piece of pipe. Toilets are like a toilet. In a deplorable state, as well as the showers. However, there are lights, sockets and some Internet.

A very good campsite, a large territory, the sea nearby , pine trees, -there is something to compare with, we went around a lot of campsites to choose a good one, There is a warm shower (boiler), a normal toilet , the price tag is adequate, of the cons -music in the evening screams from nearby establishments, but I think so everywhere.

A great place to relax with tents.
The sea is sand with pebbles, the entrance to the sea is so-so)) It's not very convenient with a wave. The pines are a fairy tale, just living by the sea among the pines is the best thing you can think of!!!
We arrived with everything of our own and used only water for cooking and showering. The people are good, kind, and responsive.

A very bad vacation here! Music. It plays up to 2 sometimes later. Moreover, two pubs who will outbid each other. Cows come at night as well as during the day. And a pack of dogs barks at them. There is nothing to leave on the table and on the ground. In general, it was a disgusting dream to burn. We're moving out today. The price of 1,500 was clearly overstated. There are no sinks, the toilets are dirty and overflowing with paper. Some go to the toilet around the corner. They come for money regularly. The pine forest is gorgeous in a circle and the sea nearby is a plus, but it does not cover sleepless nights!

The beach is calm, the place itself is great, beautiful. For payment, they do not milk 400-700 as indicated on the Internet, but 1500, and even if you leave late for at least an hour, they will not let you out with a boorish face, they will demand payment for a full day. You can go, but on condition that the car is cheap, then the payment from you is 400-700 and that the owners will not interfere.

It's a terrible place, the first one is expensive, dirty. Dirty toilet, shower, washbasin as there is no such thing. Garbage on the territory. I also paid the money at the entrance, and then the owner came to me and asked me to pay, explained that I had already paid, let them figure it out for themselves, there are no receipts. The only plus is the hot water in the shower.
