I recently dined at AVRA and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. We visited you and your family, and, to be honest, we were extremely unhappy. The prices in your restaurant are about 20% higher than the average in the city, which sets you up to expect a high level of service. However, the situation with the children's zone is simply outrageous.
Admission for a child costs 3,000 drams per hour, and this is already quite a lot of money, especially for a family restaurant. But at the same time, you also put a counter with available toys in the children's line of sight! We had a tantrum because the child wanted a toy, not an hour in your children's area.
If you position yourself as a place to relax with the whole family, why arrange such provocations? I can buy toys at any children's store. I came to you to have a quiet dinner and relax. I will not come to you again after this incident and I will not recommend you to anyone. Reconsider your approach to your guests.

My daughter's birthday was celebrated on February 17, 2025. I would like to thank the staff, manager Diana, and the chefs! They fixed up a slightly crumpled cake for us)) The food is very tasty. The service is excellent. Everyone was very satisfied! Thank you so much for our holiday!

My children and I just love the Avra restaurant! The food here is amazing, every dish is a real work of art. The interior is just perfect: cozy, stylish and very comfortable. This place is ideal for children of all ages, both teenagers and younger ones. They always find something to do and enjoy their time here. Parents can also enjoy a delicious dinner and relax. Avra is an ideal place for a family vacation and a great time. I highly recommend it to everyone!

A super place! The kitchen is on top, the dishes are hearty and incredibly delicious, the pizza is gorgeous! I really liked the children's playroom with animators who played unobtrusively with the children. I really liked the interior, not flashy, cozy and stylish. The staff is hospitable and courteous. We will definitely come back here not once! 👍

We booked a table in advance and said that we would be with a 2-year-old child. We booked it specifically to leave the child in the playroom.
The bad feeling started at the entrance, when several waiters and the receptionist were standing at the entrance, and then they all abruptly dispersed somewhere and I was left alone, I had to look for a person who would show our table.
The food and cocktails are very weak, but the prices are higher than the average in the city. How it was possible to put tomatoes from the refrigerator on a hot dish is incomprehensible to me. Especially considering the prices
I also couldn't use the children's room properly, because it suddenly turned out to be a birthday party there - there was loud music, animators, and children who were older and more active. But no one warned about it.
There are a lot of waiters, few visitors, but the service is still weak - we asked three times about paying for the children's room, although the girl told us that it was not necessary to pay for it.
It's exactly the same story about paying in cash or by card - three waiters, they asked three times
When the moment was highlighted at the exit that it would be nice to warn about birthdays in the children's room, because for us it was an important moment when choosing a place, the receptionist, instead of taking this into account and improving the service, for some reason began to argue and prove that we came without reservations. There was a reservation, though, and she saw it for herself later.
In general, do not go to this place - there are enough great places in Yerevan, who will be greeted warmly, and will be fed deliciously, and the child will be entertained. And it will be with a smaller check than here.
But I don't recommend going here.

Good day everyone! I was a guest with my family in one of the most hospitable cities in the world and visited this restaurant and was delighted))) well, what delicious food!!!! How cool they took our children and took them down to the game room, but to be honest, it's hard to call it a hall, but it's a whole children's town))! The children played cool and my wife and I had a great time together, ate and rested! Thank you so much for the hospitality and for the wonderful festive atmosphere that was created for us!!

We came to eat in the morning, ordered two dishes: cheesecakes with strawberries and eggs with bacon and avocado.
It was just us in the hall, no one else. However, I had to wait for more than half an hour.
Fried eggs: fried avocado chopped into pieces of different sizes, carelessly scattered on a plate, nasty bitter taste. The bacon is chopped, some kind of overcooked, over-dried.
Cheesecakes: we fell for the "fresh strawberries", but they were not on the plate. The waiter replied as follows:
- there are no strawberries today, but they added sauce instead of strawberries.
We looked at the photos and the menu and it turned out that the sauce should have been there anyway, it doesn't matter if there are strawberries or not. The waiter LIED. In addition, it is unclear why he did not say in advance that there would be no strawberries.
When asked if the fried eggs should look like this and whether such a fried avocado should be, the waiter replied, "this is the idea of our Russian chef." Fire this chef, please. It looks corny and UGLY.
Bottom line: the mood is spoiled, thanks for not poisoning yourself at least. Respect for the guest is 2 out of 10 (because he lied). Dishes: 1 out of 10. Disgusting.

It's very tasty, but it feels like visiting different restaurants - the prices here are above average. Of the cons: loud music and noise (Avra kids is located below), children run back and forth, create a lot of noise when you just want to have dinner in a quiet environment.

The worst tiramisu in my life. Liquid custard without a hint of mascarpone. And in the meringue cake, not only do you come across pieces of lemon seeds, but also the sponge cake stinks mercilessly of soda. With such a price tag, you could hire a professional pastry chef and not embarrass yourself. Disappointment.
