As soon as we moved to the area, we were surprised at what a wonderful store, it still remains that way, but there is a nuance, namely with minced meat, which is pork, which is chicken.
At first it was of good quality, a lot of meat, now lately they have been adding mainly one fat from half a kilogram of minced meat, you can eat 4 medium cutlets, the rest can be melted into fat and then fried on it, maybe this is how it should be according to technology.I took minced pork, it turned out to have a smell I don't take anymore, I took minced chicken, it turned out to have a lot of fat in it.I don't even know what else to take.
In the photo, the separation of bacon from minced meat is about half a kilogram.
