I was here today for the first time with a cat. The impressions are only positive. Wonderful staff, very attentive doctor Elena Pugacheva, told everything in detail and professionally about the diagnosis, further treatment options and possible consequences. There are no surprises in terms of the total amount, no covertly imposed services, the prices are also very reasonable. The furniture is modern, clean and tidy. I regret that I did not take a photo of the room, after the diagnosis I just did not remember about it.

I have repeatedly applied to the clinic with my pets (cat and dog). The circumstances are different, from consultations and vaccinations to operations. The staff is always polite and sincere. The doctor Andrey Alexandrovich is competent, attentive, responsible, in a word, a Professional!
P.S. I am dog lovers with 30 years of experience and have told a lot of non-doctors and clinics. There is something to compare it with, I rate the A-Vet clinic at 5 out of 5!

I like everything. We had quite a few cases with the clinic. After unsuccessful treatments in the other two clinics, they came to A-Vet. The cause of the dog's illness was established quickly enough and treatment was selected. We are doing well now and we hope it will continue to be so.
The prices for the services are quite reasonable. We will continue to observe here.

I would like to sincerely thank Andrey Alexandrovich Shnitko and Anna Viktorovna Bespalova for their professionalism, warm attitude and saving our family member. Shelly's cat was contacted about a serious issue (breast cancer and kidney problems). The cat was 9 years old, of course there was a risk (as it turned out after the operation, the disease progressed rapidly), I was very worried, but everything went well. The doctors are very attentive, explained everything, gave nutritional advice (by the way, food is plentiful and at prices lower than in the city, you can buy it on the spot, which is very convenient) and recommendations for postoperative care.
My cat is a big coward, this is the only clinic in which she feels comfortable and it is captivating. Now, for all questions, just go here, I highly recommend it.

I want to share my impressions after visiting this clinic..I was delighted..good staff..They immediately provided assistance..Andrey Shnitko, a veterinarian, saw problems with the dog after the examination..the ear mite and the oral cavity are in poor condition because of the stone, the teeth are loose in another place I don't even want to write, they said it should be removed..Dental care was also prescribed here..They did an ultrasound..they picked up the treatment..we bought drugs on the spot, I was surprised at the pharmacy at such low prices..I just recommend if you want not to overpay and really improve the dog's health without pumping money out to you here..I have a dog for 5 years..better service..prices..and I have not seen an invidual approach anywhere..Thank you so much..I am so glad for your help..The dog began to feel much better after the visit..You can't fool dogs, they feel when they are worried about them and want to help ..in a couple of weeks we will arrive for sterilization and teeth cleaning with ultrasound..here you can completely trust your pet

They brought the kitten for inspection. They examined it for 40 minutes, the tendril was as if singed, they said the kitten was healthy. After 2 weeks, the kitten's ears, tail, and mustache peeled off, and the children had a rash. It turned out to be ringworm.
I strongly recommend contacting another clinic.

They passed tests and immediately made an ultrasound diagnosis, kidney failure was immediately diagnosed, treatment and therapeutic food were prescribed. However, the ivs dripped for two days.
