Below is already my review of Avelano in Google. It describes in detail how and what happened. The answer under my comment was that the company offered to reimburse me for the double-glazed windows that burst. And ALL the double-glazed windows burst.
Well, here's a list of what they offered me (as if they offered)
1) to replace double-glazed windows on the territory of the Republic of Belarus ;
2) provide you with double-glazed windows in full for self-replacement;
3) compensate this amount with money.
I would be satisfied with the 3rd option. But the problem is that when they tried to contact the company, they COMPLETELY ignored me. Initially, the amount of 400€ was named. But they only "offered" this money, but then they simply ignored my calls and "scribbles" to them on Viber and email.
So I didn't get anything in the end.
The last time I built was this year. This time I bought windows from a local Swedish company. They cost me 120,000 rubles or 12,000 €. Yes, it is more expensive, but there were NO problems with replacement or something else with jambs from the manufacturer. Although one pallet with windows was "injured" during transportation. The manufacturer completely redid everything and delivered it with a little delay.
I am writing this review to people who will read my other review below. I did not receive ANY compensation for the broken double-glazed windows. Even 400€. Although my expenses were 1200 € for double-glazed windows from Latvia + delivery 400€. And 6 days off during which I came to replace the double-glazed windows in the house I sold.

There was a desire to change the windows in the parent's house in Minsk. The dilemma became before choosing a company. I considered several options, but the preference was given to Avelano. I was bribed by the attitude of the staff, who, after consultation and an approximate calculation of the cost, offered to take a measurement, regardless of whether the order would be placed or not. The minimum terms of departure of the measurer were proposed. In addition, closing the measurement flaws, independently (although the heads of the department were supposed to come for a consultation) found a way out how to install a window sill without reworking one window (the largest in size). Moreover, it was done at a convenient time for us in the evening. The polite and attentive behavior of the guys gave us pleasure in communicating with them. The company should be proud of such specialists, there would be more such qualified workers.
