Disgusting job and complete lack of customer orientation!
We ordered ceilings for the entire apartment of 50 m2 at once in this mountain campaign. I chose them only for the reason that time was very tight and they were the only ones who could calculate the approximate cost in advance, without these endless excuses "we do not count according to the technical repair plan, only on the spot." I was satisfied with the cost. It is clear that the plus/minus price will fluctuate, but it was decided to order from them anyway. And then it started:
1. They took it in installments. The girl manager on the phone, as it turned out later, prettily deceived us with interest, saying that the other day a la some customer also took it and he was approved at 10 percent. so don't worry, everything will be OK. In fact, everything turned out much more. And this is not a matter of credit history, but, as the bank said, they did not have such interest in sight.
2. The would-be settlement manager arrived. He counted everything for us by 1 thousand more than was previously announced. They agreed with the creep, only because the deadlines are burning and promised that the installers would be in time for all 2-3 days, no problem. Okay, we decided, to hell with this thousand, the main thing is to be on time.
3. Installers are a separate topic. They came and said, "well, tell me what you need to install here and how." To be honest, we were just stunned by such a question.there is a manager who drew for the calculation, questioned us, and also had our technical installation plan, did not even bother to tell them and show them the work plan and we had to walk and poke our finger at what to do where and how!!!!! Seriously?
4. In terms of installation quality, everything was done on a weak three: square recessed lights are asymmetrically aligned in places, clumsily sealed corners of the LED backlight are removed in glossy tiles, expensive vinyl floor is scratched in places....the transformers were left hanging in tangles, not installed in the shield. Speaking of transformers, they put the most Chinese cheapman (as we later found out at 35 rubles apiece) and they began to burn 4 months after installation, because they were not designed for such an amount of LED strip. Also, we barely met the deadlines, stretching for 4 days instead of the agreed 2 days. My husband had to come and adjust them constantly, and everything would have stretched out for another week for sure!

Unfortunately, my experience with the company installing stretch ceilings turned out to be extremely negative. Firstly, the installers were late for the whole day, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Secondly, three days after installation, the LED strip in one room stopped working. In the second room, there were also problems with the tape. I contacted the company with a request to fix the problem, but I had to wait two whole weeks for a solution to the problem. This is absolutely unacceptable! I do not recommend this company, I really regret the choice.
