Good afternoon.I picked up my car yesterday and I want to share my experience in fitting cars with Autogarage. I ordered the car in November 2024. The choice fell on the Haval H6 hybrid. Alena's manager promptly prepared all the documents, the amount was paid, and all that remained was to wait.. Expectations were delayed a bit (by the new year, a large queue had accumulated at the China-Kazakhstan border). Vladislav, the logistics coordinator, reported on each step of the delivery. By mid-January, the car was already in Moscow, just a little bit left before Minsk. But something went wrong... day.. another... A week later, Vladislav called and said that the car had been stolen and needed to be put on the wanted list. To be honest, I felt really bad at that moment, I thought that was it.. the end of the story.
But the guys from Autogarage immediately offered an alternative: either a refund or a search for a new car. A new car of the same brand was quickly found, but at a higher cost. I would like to note that the company has already taken over all the additional costs of paying for the car and delivering it by rail!!! At that time, I still thought to myself: "a really cool company, in order not to lose a client, went to extra costs!"!!
In general, the car was promptly delivered to the SVH! Finally, I want to summarize: I would like to express my deep gratitude to Autogarage, and in particular to manager Alyona and logistician Vladislav for their support at every stage, and to say that you are great experts in your field!!!! It was more than a year ago, I signed up and monitored it, as they say. It wasn't the only company I had plans for. But the choice fell on Autogarage, which I do not regret at all. Any questions I had were immediately resolved, any change in delivery, etc. I was immediately notified. They work competently. Photo and video reports were immediately before payment, then before sending and at the end to the SVH in Minsk. The car was traveling in a container, there were delays on the railway, but nothing critical, it arrived within 2 months. We are very voluntary. I recommend Autogarage to everyone.
