We changed the oil and filter today, everything seems to be fine, but we checked the time several times , they immediately told us about 30 minutes , for a total of almost an hour, due to the fact that they could not correctly orient us in time, we were late for another place. At the check-out, one of the staff decided to help with the check-out (there was a car on the right and the maneuver area was quite small , reversing and turning around was complicated because of this ) as a result , with his help , the car crashed into a concrete wall , there was a dent on the rear bumper , and cracks from the impact next to the body . The employee didn't even try to apologize, just joked off by saying, "you don't seem to have a very sober driver, well, paint it and it'll be fine, it's already done." Thank you for such help, for spoiling the mood and repairing the car!!!!
