The children were delighted with the kids' club, especially from Alice's animator. The kids just don't leave her side!!! Alice comes up with something every minute, entertains, plays, draws with the kids. They find a great common language with children and adults! Young, energetic, friendly, gambling, attentive!!!! The hotel is very coolIn the end, we are satisfied!!!

We had a rest in March 2025, the hotel is nice, clean, a large green beautiful area, the rooms are clean, the linen is snow-white, the carpenter is the same, the staff is very careful about cleanliness, the food is varied, lots of fruits, pastries, seafood, meat, poultry, all possible side dishes, etc. the sea is amazing, the sand is not what kind of stones, etc., there is a pontoon for observing fish in a mask, the reef is alive, during the rest, we saw a stingray, a lionfish, various colored fish, very beautiful. The hotel is quiet, calm, there are no parties from morning to evening and, accordingly, there is no booze and a large audience.
A pleasant hotel in its price range, thank you for a good stay.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2025. The rooms are a little tired, but it feels like there was a desire for world-class chain hotels. We lived in room 335, and I had a good Wi-Fi connection here. 2 large beds, a balcony with a wonderful view of the garden. We paid an additional $ 30 for this room at the reception (the manager asked for $ 100 first), we haggled; of course, you can go on principle and get a good room without money, we did not make a fuss and later went to this guy with all our questions, he even arranged for us a dry ration in an hour, although We must ask in advance. They are cleaned every day, and 3 liters of water are added every day. Tea, coffee, sugar, kettle. There is a refrigerator, a safe, air conditioning - a standard set. An iron is provided in the room upon request. We asked for slippers, they refused us at first, and after 2 minutes they brought us good slippers. The staff speaks good Russian, always greets and is friendly; there were not many Russian-speaking tourists.
Stock up on dollars in small bills for "tea"; do not bring them Russian vodka or chocolate "Alyonka", although they thank you for this, but the fact is that most of the family lives beyond Charm and money is more important to them than our delicious souvenirs.
The breakfasts, lunches, and dinners here are varied and delicious. Desserts - fuck off!
The territory is large, there is one heated pool, a pool bar and on the beach, the sea is very shallow, it's a long way to go, but I recommend walking along the pier and looking at the diverse fish.
Towels, drinks and deck chairs are free.
We are considering a repeat visit to this hotel, located among other beautiful hotels, clean in the area and safe! There are many cafes and shops where everyone speaks Russian.
