The pools are good. But the food is terrible, you wait for food for a long time, you run after the waiters. Don't take the kebab at all, it's undercooked, there's a lot of kiwi in the marinade. Free access to the SPA center is provided to the yurt. All the steam rooms are not big, but there are three of them - a hammam, a sauna and a steam room. The indoor pool is small and there are few sun loungers.
Plus one star for the idea of an outdoor warm pool with direct access to a detached sauna building! That is, diving from the street you will find yourself in a warm sauna!!! Be careful, the upper sun beds are sagged!!!
The staff is about the level of a taup, on a C grade.
The kitchen is also three points higher.
The territory is huge, there is a Playground on the street, all covered in snow, i.e. not cleaned.
Slide. There is a shepherd dog at the checkout, which will force you to buy a ticket for yourself and children from 3 years old, I would check the legality of such requirements! In general, at once you can fly, ride a horse and slide, swim in the outdoor pool in winter, have an average delicious meal and also sleep.

But I highly recommend not visiting the pool - it's a quiet horror, there's a lot of hair in the water, the pool is poorly cleaned, girls are not forced to collect their hair. Flies are constantly flying, there are just thousands of them, they sit on you, fly around you, you constantly drive them away, but it's not much use. The pool restaurant has 10 flies above/on each table. The service is disgusting, we waited for food for 1 hour not at rush hour, went to eat at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. An extremely unpleasant pool.

The food is good. Everything is delicious. But the service is long. There is a lot of chlorine in the pool. The old building needs renovation. It's cold in the Yurts. The bed linen does not fit the size. Our yurt was poorly cleaned, the sink smelled very much of grease. A rude woman is sitting at the reception. He makes out free admission to the camp as in Soviet times. The territory is well maintained. You can take a walk and take pictures. At the pool reception, the girls and waitresses are very nice and polite.

The yurts are cozy and clean. The idea itself is very cool! But the service is just 2 out of 10! There are a lot of people in the locker room, the showers are barely pouring, the hair dryers are not working, the waiters are unhappy running back and forth, they don't know anything. There are three ladies at the reception, one barely speaks, the second are sitting sprawled in chairs, they don't really explain anything. We stopped at the yurts at 17.00, at 17.30 we just finished cleaning, we stood waiting. Although before that there were locks hanging there, and you could get out! The pool is gray at the edges, it is clear that they do not wash much, unfortunately. And so if you put a good service manager there, I think he will do what the founder intended

If you want to try the local flavor, you are welcome. Authentic yurts, green area, huge children's playground, swimming pools, spa, decent restaurant level, horseback riding.
Why 4 stars: the drain in the sink and shower did not work in the yurt (it overflowed), the girls at the reception did not react in any way, the filters did not work in the warm pool and the bottom of the pool seemed to be greasy, it would be good to wash the horses before leaving, because in the stalls some horses fell in manure.
To improve the punctuality and efficiency of employees and then you can definitely recommend it as 5 stars)

I didn't like it, because they cheat on arrival, there was no Internet in distant yurts, they promised that within 2-3 hours the technical problems would be eliminated, in a day nothing has changed and no one knows when the Internet will appear, let's have a rest for hermits, in autumn one entertainment pools (street heated) in the spa, everyone there is relaxing all day in the morning, visitors walk around the territory, they liked the food, the breakfast is prepared in advance according to your requests, the map is filled in upon arrival, the lounge bar is not bad, there are many summer playgrounds in the summer, I think there is a summer pool with slides, there is a stable, but the smell is because there are walking areas with an artificial lake nearby. The yurts themselves are very hot in autumn, there are a lot of batteries, but there is a lot of dust in the carpets, fabric finishes during the day you can see how the wall stands, in general, I do not recommend allergy sufferers to astamatics! There is no propaganda, no entertainment programs either, entertain yourself! The design of the territory is an interesting composition in the national style.
