For more than 15 hours, the Internet stopped working for unknown reasons. We ate how, after logging into my personal account, I read the subscriber's status "blocked", although the payment was made on time and I did not use additional services. A robot dropped me to the support service at number 1084. Let's explain to me that all the components are busy. Since my job is connected with the constant working Internet, I decided to go straight to the office. An employee (company manager) stood in line there I was informed that it was not enough for me to call my PBX and then they would send an employee. Further, after calling the PBX, I was informed that they could not do this without an application from the provider itself. After that, I returned to the queue for a new one, but time passed and the line stood still, as a result, I had to return home to the non-working Internet!!! In the morning and at this moment, the support service tells me the same thing again. Thanks for the service!!!👎👎👎

I have been here many times because of the internet connection and telephony. There, operators cannot answer customer questions correctly. They don't know where to send it, They only know to tell you to fill out a questionnaire and take money from you, but you can't find out any result until you go to the management.

I didn't like the service. The workers were sad and untidy. Maybe they don't get paid enough, I don't know. The problem was solved for me, even though I had to go from operator to operator. There is no queue.
