Today there was a situation where your manager behaved very horribly. If he thinks he can yell at a woman with a child, he is mistaken. He took my silence for weakness and started yelling! I will not let this go! I will contact the police! I have a video that my child recorded, and I will send it to the police station!!! I didn’t remember his name, but today he was working at 1 PM. We were with a friend and a child near the checkout and wanted to resolve an issue since it was the child's birthday. He did absolutely nothing for us!!! I ask you to take action regarding such terrible behavior from this person!!!

Positive: different pools and slides. You can refill waterbottles and free drink water. Buses takes you from the parking to the aquaventure.
Negative: too expensive for what you get. Not worth the amount you pay. If you are a family of 5, you will pay 400$ just for entrance. In europe a place like this cost at most 150$. Long queues, 30 minute for slides. The food inside is way to expensive. 1 regular small ice cream for 15$. They say they give free watersocks but they are always finished especially for kids sizes and above 41. Locker room cost 12$. In other places is often free.
The staff is polite but they usually dont understand good english so you cant ask them for help except for easy questions.

Awesome but do yourself a favor and buy some water socks. It's so hot you cannot walk around without sandals. It's such a big park that it would be annoying to walk around with sandals anyway. But they overcharge a lot for water socks, and if you can avoid a locker do so. They charge a lot for that as well. If it wasn't so expensive I'd give 5 stars.

The best 5 star Hotel in Dubai to enjoy the family stay. Waterpark and lost chamber made my children’s days. The staff is the best one too who care guests and their mood. The view from hotel was just fine.

Awful experience. It is poses as biggest water park in the world. But nobody say it is crowded and you shoul stay 60 minutes or more line to shark slide and on the other slides about 30-40 minutes.

Cool Water Park! There are attractions for those who are afraid and for the brave.
One day is not enough to visit.
The territory is large, there are many slides for the youngest and adults, there are various cafes.
For the price : 4 hot dogs, 4 drinks and 1 large fries will cost you 9,000 rubles (January 2025), this is from the "cheaper" if.
Entrance per person is 9,500 rubles. The hotel also provided us with free admission, which we took advantage of.

There is a very steep slide in the tunnel with an aquarium, although the fish are not so clearly visible inside, but it is atmospheric.
The "lazy river" rafting is interesting, there is a waterfall, waves, and an imitation of a 2.5 km long mountain stream. For those who are afraid of any kind of attractions, this is the best place, for the rest it was also a thrill to swim along it.
Leap of faith, the steepest, vertical slide where you fly at breakneck speed and still have to catch up to see sharks and fish in the tunnel, they don't take everyone there, they can refuse the very thin ones.

You can go to Atlantis Beach, but you didn't like the beach at the hotel, there's nothing to do there.

It is necessary to buy an orange bracelet, otherwise queues will spoil the whole impression. Excellent slides, the general mood in the water park is super, very friendly staff, a cool river, the only place I haven't reached yet is the area with dolphins – we'll leave it for next time. This year I also discovered an ice cream parlor near the exit zone from Atlantis – it's very tasty, the girls arrange a direct performance during the serving, I also liked it.

The most frightening slide for me seemed to be the yellow capsule, there is a very long one-way fall. The best water park I've ever been to!! We went at the end of October 2024. There were a lot of people even on a weekday. We bought a quick pass, but even with them we stood from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. So if you go there in season, then there is no way without a quick pass, otherwise you will ride 3 slides in a day.

We fell for the marketing ploy and bought waterproof cases for ourselves to take off all our rides. The slides are actually very steep!! There are straight ones with very steep turns, where it really gets scary. We didn't go to free fall, but there are as many as 2 of them!
Of the disadvantages, we did not quite understand how the system works with mailboxes, we bought several of them. As a result, we didn't get any in the women's locker room. It is better to pay them upon arrival at the water park.

A wonderful water park! On fresh tracks. We were here today. I've read a lot of reviews, thanks to this I've prepared myself and I'm leaving mine so that it helps someone too.
First of all, we were very lucky on three points.
1- we lived on a Palm Tree 11 minutes away, arrived, as advised, at the very opening.
2- it was Tuesday, a weekday, therefore or not, but there were almost no queues anywhere, not only in the morning, but by the end of the day they were not huge (and this scared me the most in the reviews. I remember this hell in Sochi Park, 1.5-2 hours per ride- never again in my life.)
The maximum time on the steep orange hill was the longest - 20-25 minutes. Therefore, in our case, paying extra for a ticket without waiting in line was just stupid, well, we didn't do that.
And 3 - I had a Dr( and thanks to the good people and their reviews, I did my homework, checked on the website, it must be done before the onset of PD required) and get your free ticket, paying for a child at a discount just 302 dirhams (around 7500), which is for two people - well, just have an acceptable price🎉 By the way, it was enough to show a screenshot of the letter, but not print anything, and, of course, show your passport.
We also took the smallest storage cell for 65 dirhams. We took towels with us, we also took our own aquasocks, but it was too heavy in them, so we asked for free socks at the stall. You can ask any employee where they are located. They were still there in the morning, but as I understand it, the number is limited. True, they are very thin and it is also a little hot to walk, plus they can fall apart in a whole day, and we were almost before closing (my son tore them), but it was easier and more convenient in them anyway.
There are a lot of stalls with different food, the prices are not as cosmic as they wrote here, the usual Dubai prices are even more expensive in our hotel bar. We took a children's set for 60- a hamburger, fries and a drink - the two of us were quite full. Well, who has what appetites))
I searched for a long time for water fountains, which are supposedly everywhere, - I found them only in the second half of my stay, then I realized how they look, I began to identify them))) The bags looked really superficially, you can carry a little water or something else to eat.
They also took their own towels so as not to pay extra.
The slides are wonderful, diverse, each with its own twist, and I myself do not like all these extremes, I went because of my son, but I rode everywhere with him as a result- and just delighted, like him! We were afraid only of the one where the sharks are, but not because of them, there is a very steep descent, it was breathtaking from the outside, and where the floor falls under our feet, by the way, the weight is not less than 55 kg)). Well, there is something to try next time)
The lazy river is fire! There are 2 children's areas for toddlers and older children, access to the beach, a lot of areas with sun loungers, lifeguards and staff are friendly, cheerful and attentive. One incendiary man put on a whole show, sending people down the hill, it was fun)
In general, when I read the admiring reviews, I thought - where did they come from? It hurts a little too much, what is the price for? And now I'll tell you- it's true, it's worth even the full price, I wouldn't regret it, but with a free visit to the dr- it's generally a gift! Moreover, we spent 8 hours there, from opening almost to closing. And the time passed quickly. Now, of course, we understand that we are incredibly tired, but it was worth it! Recommend.
We rode almost everywhere and more than once. Of course, the distances are long, you have to walk a lot from location to location, but the scheme of the water park is very convenient, you find everything quickly.
Taxi drivers at the exit, of course, charge wild money, they paid 2 times more expensive than on the way there, after haggling. But this is not a minus for the water park in any case.
Our advice is a must-visit, the best water park we've ever been to!!! I would love to come back again.

Of course, the number of visitors is more comfortable on weekdays than on weekends or holidays, and in the morning it is better to start from the far tower and go towards the flow, so you will significantly save time in queues. Today my husband and I visited this place. There were a lot of expectations - we love adrenaline and water parks. But there was so much stress in the process that after two hours I was crying with resentment. It's a pity we didn't read the reviews in advance and didn't buy express tickets. With them, the impressions would be different.
For those without express tickets, the only advice is to come to the opening, because then the crowds are such that you need to wait 30-60 minutes for the slide. We arrived at 12 and didn't have time to ride wherever we wanted before closing time.
It's a shame that the basic thing - lockers for things - are paid. How is that even possible? It's like paying for a movie ticket and paying for a seat separately.
We didn't know about the free socks. They didn't tell us anything about them. We learned from the reviews just now.
It was very insulting at one of the points after a huge queue to find out that by weight (and they weigh it already when in front of the slide itself) I do not pass it. I had to skip 7-10 more people while my husband went for a double lap. Why are they not weighed before the start of the queue??? Or why is there no written weight with which you will be allowed to pass? If I had been alone, I would have just been turned around.
There are sooo few changing booths. As a result, many people change clothes in the toilet. Accordingly, go to the toilet to the hotel..
The slides were closed at 17.20, and the water park is open until 18.00. Is that OK? They would have closed at 5.40 pm... By the end, by the way, there are very few people in queues. We could still manage to take a ride on one or two...
The towers are heavily drained, so we were very cold by 5 o'clock.
But the park staff were very pleased - friendly guys. And it's sooooo cool here in terms of security. There are rescuers at every step of the control. I bow low to them. I would like to visit this place again with pleasure, but only with an express pass.
Having paid $100 for this day in the park and not getting the fullness of emotions, I feel cheated.

3) you don't have to take water with you, there are drinking fountains with cold water on the territory. The only thing you can take is an empty bottle so that you don't drink from the palms of your hands.
4) the food here is obscenely expensive, I don't know who these people who eat here are. We went together and for the whole day we did not want to eat at all. I don't know if you can bring food here or not, but if you are sure that you will be hungry, then in principle you can stuff a couple of sandwiches in a towel in your briefcase just in case. At the entrance, for some reason, the briefcases are probed, but they are not rummaged through.

We took water with us, I think we can take a snack (fruit). There are vending machines on site where you can collect water. They did not take the storage cell, they left the bag on the sunbed. The towels were his own.
We immediately went to the biggest slide "leap of faith", but the employee at the tower said that it would not work until the weekend, however, in 20 minutes. it was launched. So don't listen, check it out. Children are allowed on large slides checking the minimum height at the entrance, 1.2 meters for a "leap of faith" and 1.07 meters for multi-seat buns. also, on the most terrible slide "Poseidon's revenge", the weight is checked, it should be 50-55 kg. minimum.
