The child attends the self-defense section. About 45 rubles for 4 classes (if you take a subscription). I really like the coach, Sergey Alexandrovich. A person is passionate about his business and works more for the soul than for money. At the same time, he is strict and demanding. A perfect example for boys! I definitely recommend this section!

My favorite fitness center. While I was on maternity leave, many new directions appeared. Now you can adjust your family to my training any day. Separately, a big bonus for me is that there is a self-defense course for boys. Together with my son, we come and everyone has their own training. The girls are all so cool, each has its own style and zest. Aeroyoga is my separate love. I also want to write about the administrator Masha, she is the sweetest person in the world. Chat and enjoy the workout even more.
And of course, I express my gratitude to the hostess for her responsiveness and such a huge breakthrough in the development of her offspring.
