You can do really good full body workout from here, lot of machines are available. But the place is little bit old, but you can do good training sessions here. Administration also really helpful , they help you happily.

One of the best gyms in Grodno in terms of the number of simulators and hardware.A very large dumbbell row, there is a power frame and a huge number of bars for a variety of tastes (especially important for powerlifters)A large cardio zone as well as separate halls for girls (pilates, stretching and other activities)There is a separate martial arts hall, as well as 3 halls completely filled with iron.Competent coaching staff with extensive experience.There is a large changing room and a shower.Summing up, we can say that Atlantic is an old-school basement rocking chair for those who come for the result, and not for photos on Instagram.
