The houses are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the terrace at the house is quite wide, you can comfortably accommodate a company at a table.the owner is very responsive, always in touch, brought extra. A place (a new Euro cot), did not pay extra for it.place
Of the cons:very very small territory, no place to eat, very small Parking, car noise around the clock (near Kodorskoe highway, very busy street)
Sandy Mocha beach within walking distance, literally 150 meters. The beach is wide and spacious, it is never crowded.
Next to the houses, across the street there are two grocery stores that have everything you need, including fresh fruits and vegetables

We rested in the cabin.Bed 1 is good, 2 are just springs, without a mattress! The TV is very small, it shows 1 channel, in the toilet in the cracks of the wall you can count passing cars!There is a cafe on site, prices are like in a restaurant! There are no canteens nearby, just cook on your own. The road to the sea is generally unique! Only the manager 5 🌟 One disappointment, I do not recommend it!

A wonderful place!
The room is clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. The territory is not large, but it is very cozy and there are a lot of trees. The receptionist immediately warned that the houses were near the road and cars could be heard at night, but this did not bother us at all. There is a cafe next to the fence. They cook very tasty, everything is fresh. This is the best cafe in the whole of Sukhum.
The sea is very close, the beach is wild, sandy, but you can walk and go to the equipped Mocha beach.
We really liked this place! We will definitely come again)))
