The quality of any product or service has its price.
One of the advantages: the hotel is located in the very center of the city, 200 meters from the tram stop to the airport, surrounded by the whole life of a Turkish resort.
On the downside: the room is a mess. But it's clean.
Conclusion: in terms of price/quality ratio, a solid five plus (in April 2025, a room costs 1,000 lira with breakfast, which is excellent, I think)

My choice was prioritized by location. The hotel is located in the center of the old town, 5 minutes to Hadrian's Gate, 15 minutes to the old port. There is a bus and tram stop within walking distance (by tram in 30 minutes, I was already in the ancient city of Perga.
I really liked the hotel (there is an experience of staying in other hotels at a higher price, the quality is worse). The room has 2 beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a large mirror, a bedside table, and most importantly its own bathroom with a shower stall. Clean linen, 4 towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryer. Everything you need is available.
There is breakfast-greens, vegetables, olives, olives, sausage, boiled eggs, fried eggs, fried sausages, butter. For sweets- jam, honey, halva.
The staff is very friendly, they will tell you everything you ask (transport schedule, where to go)

The hotel is located in a good location, 30 minutes from the airport by tram, 30 minutes from the bus station.
Near the Old Town, a block away.
There are several local canteens with inexpensive food nearby.
The hotel is certainly not 5 stars or even 4. The furniture
is tired. But the air conditioner works well. There is a small working refrigerator.
Individual hygiene kits (shampoo, soap) are provided.
There are Russian-speaking staff. The breakfast is quite decent: cheese, vegetables, sausage, fried sausages, boiled eggs, omelette.
It takes 3 minutes to walk from the tram stop. There are bus stops nearby, but it is not known where they go, there are no signs. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby, and there is also free Wi-Fi in some rooms. There is TV, but there are no Russian-language programs. We are quite happy with our stay. If you do not need a beach within walking distance, then it is quite a normal and inexpensive option.

In general, it's average, I would say, the price-quality ratio is consistent. Breakfast is normal, the same thing, but enough of everything: eggs, omelette, sausages, vegetables, bread. Cleaning, if you ask, the floors will be wiped, the garbage will be taken out. As it was, they took out the trash themselves in a large trash can in the hallway. The Windows faced the courtyard, but it was still very noisy, driving all night and even doing repairs) But we tried to take all this for granted, it didn't really bother us. They came to sleep and rest. The staff is polite.

They were in July 2024.. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic city, not far from the airport. There are no more advantages. There's a nut left over from the breakfasts.the injury will last for a long time, many Turks even had their eyes rounded when entering this dim basement room with a meager assortment. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby and it barely pulls, a century-old dust under the beds, the shower flew off in my hands immediately, they were afraid to press the toilet flush button, the feeling that the toilet itself would fall apart. It's the worst thing I've ever seen in my life..This is not a hotel, but a kind of dirty and smelly basement. The photo does not correspond to reality. We booked with my husband, but we couldn't even stay there for an hour. They were in a state of shock. They did not return the money to us..The dining room is dirty, the dishes are disgusting.. Very convenient location. It takes 30 minutes by tram from the airport and 300 meters to the hotel. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Adrian's gate, respectively, to the entrance to Kaleichi too. Excellent transport interchange.
According to the internal contents of the hotel, do not expect anything outstanding. For me, it was a sleeping place to spend the night. For very unassuming tourists. It is better to take it even without breakfast. Just come, wash up and sleep. For 26 euros per day, it is strange to expect comfort.

Excellent staff who are always ready to help. They asked for boiling water every day to drink tea in the evening, because there is no kettle in the room, and the bag is only for staff. The standard room is very modest, the bed linen is old. Breakfast is always the same (eggs, omelette, vegetables, butter, bread, sausage, instant coffee tea, honey, jam) and so on daily. The free beach is a 20-minute tram ride away.

Good location in the center of Antalya. There is a bus stop nearby, going to both the airport and the bus station. A good breakfast. Good internet connection. A good mattress and pillow, linen. The presence of shower gel.
Among the disadvantages, we can note the lack of lump soap, a scanty number of hangers (only 2 pieces, there were a lot six months ago), 2 non-working lamps in conditions of already poor lighting, a shower pouring somewhere to the side.
The hotel is not intended for a beach holiday! There's not even a swimsuit and towel to dry in it: there are no hooks in the bathroom, and the tiny balcony is two-thirds occupied by a standing external air conditioner unit and also without appliances for drying clothes. And the beach is far away.
The hotel is generally not bad, but these minor inconveniences are annoying. It is suitable for short-term stays not connected to the beach.

I don't know where so many negative reviews about this hotel come from. For a Turkish three-piece, in my opinion it's good. I was given room 604 with a good location relative to the road. The room is clean, everything is there, the air conditioner works well, you can leave it on when you leave. The hotel is within walking distance from everything except the sea, but you can get to the sea by tram or bus, which stops very close to the hotel, it takes 20 minutes to get to the clean city beach. The room was cleaned 1 time in 7 days, on the last day of my stay)) but I felt safer for the material values, otherwise there are a lot of reviews... Breakfast is normal, eggs, etc., for the fussy it is normal. I would only like to change or wash the rags with which they wipe off the table more often and not smoke in the kitchen where they cook. And this is the first hotel where they did not give an early breakfast with them. Otherwise, everything is fine, thanks again to the administrator for the room!

This hotel is not recommended for families with children, because for 3 people, including a child, they provide a murdered room:
- peeling walls, ingrained dirt,
- stained curtains, some dried food, paint,
- a 2-double bed adjoins a single nursery, because the room has only 12 sq. m. (stated in the description of 22 sq. m.),
- there is no shower room, because in 2 sq. m. there are: a sink, a toilet and something similar to a shower part blocked by a glass screen, but!, there are no places to wash, face the screen, close up and that's it, a 175-foot-tall man weighing 70 kg will not be able to spin; the shower head splashes in all directions except the body; the tile is rolled,
the floor is in a terrible state, the whole laminate is peeling,
- the refrigerator is not working,
- there are only 2 sockets for the entire room for 3 people,
- the only plus is a clean bed.
I think that the hotel violated its descriptions - provided a room of 12 sq m for 3 people instead of 22 sq m, as stated in the description of the hotel.
I had to deal with 2 administrators and a manager at the reception for a long time, plus the main cleaner of the hotel, and this is an important person. She was for the resident, but she did not decide, but the administrators decided, who were still fighting among themselves in Turkish. When asked to provide documentation of the room, where their 22 sq. m would be indicated, they said they did not understand me, or rather, even the translator did not understand. They constantly claimed that they were right, then they said that they had only such numbers for 3. The rest of the rooms are only 2-bed rooms. I requested the display of all available rooms, and I hardly achieved it. They showed 2-bed rooms, quite normal, there was no such horror on the walls, floors and in the bathroom. The bathroom is small, but there was a shower stall, you could wash yourself.
Since we only needed to spend the night, we had to agree to a 2-bed room in the 3rd and move in.
The morning started with breakfast - a normal breakfast: boiled egg, omelette, vegetables, herbs, olives, sausages, cheeses, coffee/tea. In general, it was possible to eat.
Note: many people will ask how I found out that the room is 12 sq.m.? It's very simple, anyone can roughly calculate, measure two walls in meters in a room (online ruler) and multiply the values, we get the area of the room in sq. m.

So, I will tell you our experience of staying in this hotel and the like. My husband and I do not see the point in paying 5-10 k per night, because we only sleep and do toilet things at the hotel. And I don't understand people's reviews, saying that everything is dirty, old and terrible. And what do you want for that kind of money? Before booking a hotel, you need to read the reviews and understand whether this is normal for you or not. Yes, the plumbing is tired, the room is shabby. There is air conditioning and in winter it is comfortable to sleep in clothes under a thin blanket. The cleaning lady did not come, and we did not call her. There was only one name for breakfast in December. But we are adapted, there are shops, we bought yogurt and muesli and we eat. By the way, I recommend getting a folding travel kettle and plastic utensils, we always take them with us and there was no case when it was not useful.
I read reviews that people steal things and immediately went to check their suitcases. Fortunately, we carry money with us, and the valuable ones were passports and headphones. But before the trip we bought a small padlock for suitcases and put it in the pocket of the suitcase. Because we had a tile with us and didn't want it to be found, and so always have a lock, because who knows what kind of mood the staff will have.

We were at the hotel in January 2023. The impressions are ambivalent. Positive: just a great location. This is the city center, near hundreds of shops, cafes, bus and tram stops. Kaleichi is a 5-minute walk away. If you go to see the city, then you can't think of a better location.
Cons: the hotel is tired. Furniture, repairs are old. The plumbing is very shabby, so that it is not too obvious, there is a very weak light bulb in the toilet, almost nothing is visible.
There was always hot water. But at night it was necessary to drain the cold one. The warm weather did not come immediately.
We lived in 401 rooms on the 4th floor. Right next to the elevator. The Windows overlook the courtyard (which is better than the street). Everything was heard: how the neighbors leave the rooms, how the elevator moves, how someone flushes in the toilet.
There are 2 beds in the room. Clean bed linen. Blankets were immediately given, as it is cool in January. There is a small refrigerator, a split system and a hair dryer. I really missed the kettle. There is also a TV, but we did not try to turn it on.
We were going to see the city. We left the room in the morning and came to sleep in the evening. And the hotel is perfect for this. We read the reviews, we thought it would be even worse. But no, everything is tolerable.
Breakfast: every day from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. It is modest, but for such a price it is just a gift. There have always been: olives (2 types), cheese (2 types), vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves), boiled eggs. 1-2 more dishes were changed: fried sausage, fried eggs, cheese pie (cottage cheese), grilled vegetables.
There was always soup for breakfast. More fresh bread and some jams. Tea, instant coffee. It's a modest meal, but well cooked. And all the guests had enough. There were no queues. They came by 9, they never left hungry.
If you go swimming and sunbathing, the hotel will not suit you. It's a long way to the beach. This hotel is for those who want to see the city, visit the sights or go shopping.
There is Wi-Fi, but the speed is low. It was not always possible to make calls via video communication. Audio is fine.
There are no disposable slippers or shampoo in the room. Take everything with you. On the first day, there was only a shower gel of dubious quality.
Don't expect much. It's a very humble place. But there is everything you need.

Don't come to this hotel! Beautiful photos do not correspond to reality. To begin with, the room is dirty, the bed linen is stained. We asked that the room be changed. It turned out to be cleaner. The furniture is old and falling apart, the plumbing is old, there is mold or fungus in the shower. There is no kettle or mugs. There is a refrigerator, hairdryer, towels. Heating is only by air conditioning. In winter, the room is not hot at all, we slept under two blankets. To get hot water, you need to drain it for 10 minutes, and sometimes it does not work at all. The breakfasts were monotonous, and it was cold in the dining room itself, I had to eat in warm clothes. When the hotel first opened in 2012, then everything was probably fine and beautiful photos were taken, now everything is in a deplorable state. I noted for myself that many Turks besides us stayed at the hotel. Perhaps they will have a different opinion about this hotel. The staff is polite and meets your wishes. Of the advantages, only the location. Anyone who says that the price corresponds to the quality does not agree. For comparison, we were in another 2* hotel in Turkey - everything is clean, everything is cleaned, everything works.

The maids are older women, but generally clean the rooms well. I have a very keen sense of smell and when I entered the room I immediately smelled wet cigarette butts. I searched for the source for a long time and it turned out that two urns were dirty. I did not look for the truth, but took and washed their toilet brushes. And the smells disappeared. Everything else is fine. I didn't use the air conditioner, I didn't turn on the TV. The breakfast is normal; buffet without bread, butter, vechena and jam. Instant coffee and milk powder.

The room has not been repaired for a long time, the curtains are broken, the toilet doors too, the balcony door is askew. The toilet lid is broken. There are not even simple slippers. Instead of soap, 4 mini bottles of shampoo. There are only Turkish channels on TV. Dinners were canceled, breakfasts are not as plentiful and varied as a couple of years ago. There are very few people. There are no cockroaches or bedbugs. There was a huge ice cap in the refrigerator, I had to clean it off with a hair dryer from the toilet for half an hour.
The rooms that face the street with heavy traffic are very noisy, advertising shines through the windows. The rooms facing the courtyard are much quieter. The stairs between the 1st and 2nd floor have a low ceiling, take care of your head, especially when descending, or use the elevator.

We were there in January, we suffered for one night. Room 504. Dirt and dust are everywhere. Upon arrival, they immediately noticed the garbage ( plastic bottles , dirty bags , clouds of dust ) came - only the floor was cleaned !! The fact that the curtains are of an incomprehensible color from dust , the lamps do not shine from dust - everything is normal for them . There was a room with a balcony, but!!!! The bed was in such a way that it was impossible to get out on it. Everything in the room was broken, TV, phone , hair dryer, remote controls without batteries. The refrigerator only worked, fat +. In the bathroom , hair hung from the ceiling , and there were boogers on the walls. But the surprise was waiting for us in the evening!!! The children, and I was with two children, decided to go to bed. And the beds are dirty , they were not even changed and were stained yellow , after my scandal they gave me a clean one (and not all of them) . They didn 't give duvet covers , it was extremely squeamish to cover up with those blankets , and they froze all night . The air conditioner wasn 't working . The dining room is a restaurant , sorry, it's just a dump!The tour operator Biblio -Globus already replied to me in Moscow that I was lying , my photos came from nowhere!! Although I called them from Antalya immediately upon check-in and informed them. A good tour operator.
