The hotel is good. It's clean, cozy and the staff is polite. The price justifies the service. The breakfasts are very satisfying, the service is great. Healthy. There is a useful one too. It's especially cool that the block is located inside Nazarbayev University. Security is all business. Who needs privacy in a very good place. The comfort of the improved room is excellent. I stayed in a junior suite. A large two-room suite. A comfortable bed. A bathtub, not a shower stall. Everything you need is there, even a shoe sponge. Kettle, refrigerator, two bottles of water, etc. On the downside: there is no dressing room or at least a hanger at the entrance to the room and very few outlets, so you need to choose what to use, a refrigerator or a kettle.
