The disgusting service of one of the managers I had to deal with in this store. He ruined the whole impression of the purchase. He's arrogant and can't answer any questions without a sneer in his voice, as if I was supposed to be a tech-savvy specialist. OK, I brought my specialist to help, and this character turned out to be completely incompetent - it's just a shock. While choosing a laptop, three people had to face it, and they all had the same opinion - a layman. Soon another laptop was needed, I automatically went to the same store, saw this seller and immediately turned around, leaving for the 5th element opposite. I think his colleagues know exactly who he's talking about, but why the management keeps such a character is a big big question.
Ps. At the end, the office was cleaned and they said they would work. After a while, it locks up and it turns out that the "preview" version was installed, although the conversation was different. Was it difficult to warn?
