I've been there twice, and there's parking right in front of the hotel entrance! There are lovely staff at the reception!
The location is good, the hotel can be seen that it was renovated several years ago, but there are disadvantages, and this is the view from the windows to the cemetery, there are many small broken things in the bathrooms that need to be replaced!
Noise isolation wouldn't hurt either!

A nice small hotel, clean everywhere, buffet breakfast (everything is basic, including hot, there were only cold drinks). The room was given a higher category than it was booked. There was a problem with the air conditioner, but it was quickly solved. In front of the hotel there is a large semi-empty parking lot with a slag heap.
