We decided to order hard night lenses for the child, we turned to the Astramed clinic. We passed examinations, the doctor explained everything in an accessible and understandable way, ordered lenses from Astana, came within a week, then came for a fitting, the child could not immediately put on the lenses, agreed on the next visit, since the child was very ill, I warned in advance that we would come after recovery, we were approved! But two weeks later, when we scheduled a visit, we were informed that your lenses had been given to another client, although we (had already tried them on!) And according to the clinic, they were booked only for us. When asked why they did not warn us in advance, they told us in a boorish form That we are not obliged to inform each client (there are thousands of you, but I am one!) Literally, these are the words of Anna B., who is engaged in fitting lenses with clients! If you do not want to waste your time and nerves, I do not advise you to contact her on this issue! After this incident, there was no further desire to have any business with this clinic, which cannot train its staff to communicate culturally with patients. And after whom you may put on your lenses, the question also remains, since so calmly a personal thing "walks" from patient to patient.
