Clean, comfortable (near the train station), there are toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, towels. Everything is fine, the only negative is that it is very cold. Even the heater brought in the first night did not fix the situation. Then, apparently, they added heating and it became warm.

We stayed in a standard room.
The hotel is good, very conveniently located, there is Almaty 2 railway station nearby, you can get from the hotel to the necessary place by taxi, trolleybus, buses (10-15 minutes walk to the avenue), free wi-fi is available.
However, it is not very convenient to check in at 14:00. The staff was polite and responded to requests as quickly as possible.
The hotel room for two is too small, keep in mind if you plan to stay in it all the time, there is also no refrigerator, bathrobes, towel dryer, which is not very convenient especially in winter.
The room is warm. Wet cleaning was carried out, but unfortunately of poor quality.
The hotel restaurant has a New Year's atmosphere, they only had breakfast there, it would be good if milk was also given hot, at least in winter, special thanks to the chefs!!!
