The room was booked from 28.10 to 03.11.2019. A family of 2 adults and 2 children 8 years and 6 months old. By the time we arrived, the room was wildly cold, the receptionist said that the hotel was now 17 degrees Celsius and the heating system had not been working for several days. We went to another hotel and Astoria is trying to write off the cancellation fee through booking :) we were a year before without children, we changed the room, because it was also cold in the first one, the other was heated in two days, the bathrobes were given only on the third day. There is one conclusion: it is cold in winter, noisy in summer, since it is technically a banquet hall for weddings and other celebrations, and as you know in Moldova, weddings take place every weekend during the warm season. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, as they can hear background music from the lobby. The two "best" rooms have a view of the unfinished building. The pictures match, the rooms are really spacious and beautiful.

We stayed with my wife in this hotel, room 104 from 04.05 to 07.05.19. Delight!!!!! If you rate the hotel by star rating, we put seven out of five stars)))). Starting with the exterior of the hotel, its internal splendor, the hospitality of the staff, the delicious food, we were absolutely delighted!!! We would like to wish the team further prosperity, good luck and well-being!!!!! thank you!!!

The rooms are spacious, which is a plus. The interior is not bad either. The restaurant is not bad either, as for me there is something to eat
