I bought a car on 12/12.24 at the Aster Atyrau dealership. I got a summer diesel instead of a winter one. The fuel is frozen in the system.. I called the staff to fix the situation. They didn't pick up the phone. They're working hard. I called the call center for 5 days, but it was useless. On the 6th day, I started the car, brought it to the salon, said that I would exchange it for another one. They said OK. They examined and evaluated the car, but when I said that I had not found the car for exchange in the salon, so I was canceling the contract and returning the car, they said that something was wrong in the car. Although there had never been such a conversation before. I wrote a statement to the branch director and to the court. We will sue. I've been sitting without a car and without money for almost a month now. Thank you Aster for spoiling the New Year's Eve mood.

I bought 3 cars from them in Atyrau. I have my own business and I got a discount if I take exactly three cars. In general, all those that were in the "ideal" turned out to be just junk. I suffered a lot with them and eventually sold them. What they say is that you can return the car to their salon within 7 days is a lie! Don't believe it, they charge a commission for the refund.
