I went to this restaurant in between skating. Arriving at the hall, I ordered one dish for myself - bishbarmak, as a result, I waited for it for about an hour, there was no warning about long cooking, the staff did not answer questions about how long the dish would be ready.
The dish itself, at a cost of 7,500 tenge (1,500 rubles), taking into account the 10% service price, was very mediocre, the main meat was not horse meat, but beef, and there were many pieces of fat.
I strongly advise against this restaurant, you will wait a long time, spoil your day of skiing, and also greatly overpay for food.

We were here the other day. I don't know why it says they're closed. The restaurant is open. We waited for the waiter for 25 minutes, the order was brought two pastas, coffee quickly enough. A three-course meal. And of course it is very expensive for such a quality of food. Service is on 2. Neither hello to you, nor goodbye. They did not answer questions, they were constantly ignored when empty! hall. It's creepy. You really need to close, there are plenty of other restaurants around. And up to a bunch of Service 10% of the order value. I would also ask for a discount for this, but they also require a tip.

Very long service.
For a long time they did not pay attention to us at all and did not accept the order. The waiters are not guided by the dishes.
We have been waiting for the dishes for a very long time. The pizza was mixed up, they brought the wrong one that we ordered.
We won't come here anymore, disappointment.
