A beautiful view, a decent terrier, a good attitude of the staff, but there are shortcomings in the little things. In the studio apartment where we lived there is an iron, but there is no ironer, there is no curtain in the shower, located in the same room with a toilet and a washbasin, near the shower stall I would like to have a towel hook. There's only one hanger in the closet.

A good hostel, I recommend it. Kind, helpful staff, clean, tidy. Several bathrooms, a kitchen, bunk beds for 6 people in a room. There is also a relaxation room with sofas and a TV. Stylish renovation, smells nice. There is a horizontal bar and a swing in the yard. There is a parking place for cars. If you stay for a long time, it's cheaper.

It's a pretty nice place. A large courtyard with swings and flowers, clean rooms and fairly well-made common areas. The rooms are different. I settled into a room with two-story beds: there were sockets, curtains, and a shelf. The room with single beds was without it. They are often cleaned. There is a comfortable kitchen. There are several showers, they are located in a separate building. One of the disadvantages is that it is very far away, it is not so convenient to go from the center and back. but the price and quality of the hostel cover this disadvantage.

Things are not going well in this hostel, food is missing, you can not wash after 23:00 at night, the doors are taken away, it is not possible to leave, which is a violation of fire safety techniques!
They are fined for everything from 5 to 20 thousand tenge, even for a difficult spoon!!! A man who was caught repeatedly stealing food lives in a hostel without hindrance, I don't understand how, the place is good, but total control crosses all lines........
