Unfortunately, the experience we had at Asmani Restaurant fell far short of our expectations. It was a great disappointment that the service was delayed, the guests were not sufficiently taken care of and the managers were insensitive to feedback. The saddest thing was that we witnessed unpleasant images such as guests leaving the restaurant accompanied by security. In such a stylish and ambitious place, I would have expected the quality of service and communication understanding to be much more attentive. I hope that this feedback will be evaluated and more constructive steps will be taken for the guest experience in the future.
