Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Asmald.

It is a very pleasant hotel, starting with a cool lobby with quiet music, with dried fruits as a treat for guests and ending with high-quality cleaning. The room overlooked the hotel garden-birds were singing, silence, coolness.

The room is clean and quiet. They give me a bathrobe and slippers. The only thing is that the water pressure in the shower is weak, but it is quite possible to wash. And the wifi is weak. There is no elevator in the hotel.
There are many questions about the restaurant at the hotel. Half of the dishes on the menu are missing. The choice at breakfast is very modest. The waiters and reception are very friendly, thanks to them.

A very good hotel. Definitely I can recommend it to the guests of the city, because I myself stayed in it for several months when I was on a business trip. Of course, it was difficult without a native language, but some employees can also speak some foreign languages. Staff is well trained, in this city it is clearly the best hotel!

We were from August 8th to 17th. I liked everything very much! Clean rooms, helpful staff. The hotel is located in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle. Towels were changed every other day. I liked everything very much! Thanks to the staff! We will definitely come back again!

There wasn't a big joint in the bathroom, the shower was leaking, but I think it will be fixed very quickly. There is a swimming pool. We didn't get to breakfast, I wanted to sleep))))). Everything is clean and fresh.

A hotel with a service level of 0. When booking a room with a double bed in advance, in fact they check into a room with a single bed. The reception informs that there are no other rooms available, but at the same time there are at least 5 double rooms available for booking.

Probably the best hotel in Kokand . Clean , the staff speaks Russian , make your arrival at the hotel as comfortable as possible . A small minus for those with children. Breakfasts are aimed at adults rather than children. But it doesn 't matter . And so everything is neat, you can always find a place near the hotel parking lot. WiFi is also everywhere .

The pool is pleasant, but sometimes guests splash around so that there is no desire to chill at it. The staff does not record the order, then asks again, forgets and everything like that.
