Our experience of purchasing an orthopedic mattress at the Askona store has left mixed impressions, which, however, tend to be positive in the end. The first visit to the store began with some caution on the part of the consultant. It was felt that until we showed serious interest in buying, the attention was not fully paid to us. However, as soon as we started asking specific questions and showing interest in certain models, the situation changed for the better. The consultant became more attentive, talked in detail about the advantages of various mattresses and helped determine the choice.
Unfortunately, the delivery process was not without its drawbacks. The originally agreed deadlines were violated, which caused some disappointment.
In general, despite some roughness in the service and delivery process, we were satisfied with the purchased mattress and the gift (pillows) from Askona. The mattress fully met our expectations, providing a comfortable and healthy sleep. We believe that Askona is a good choice for those who are looking for a high–quality orthopedic mattress, and we recommend this store, given the possibility of minor delays in delivery.
