We rested in July 2021, now I have read the reviews - everything is like this: breakfast is like in a hospital (we did not risk lunch and dinner), the whole hotel with rotovirus (we were there for 3 weeks and someone constantly suffered from it, we had to put up with a bad room, since we got there - to come from St. Petersburg to such a it sucks: the smell of sewage, the water does not go away, it costs half a day in the shower, on several nights of heavy rain everything leaked through the balcony doors into the rooms - there was ankle-deep water. Yes, you will also periodically sit in the dark - we got used to it in three weeks.I didn't write a review at the Booking, I didn't want to spoil their reputation, but now I think it's necessary, because someone like us will be unpleasantly surprised to come here for the beauty of Abkhazia.

We stayed at this hotel in June, two families (4 adults and two children 2.5 years old). We had a room on the 3rd floor, the guys on the 1st. Throughout the rest, there was a terrible smell of sewage in the room (of course, no one could change the room for us, because full occupancy and get rid of the smell too). At first glance, it's clean, but no one has ever cleaned during the whole vacation (there are no rags, mops either, everyone bought themselves and cleaned themselves). The toilet paper ran out, they asked for it several times, they gave it after the husband started to get angry) there are no garbage bags either, they bought everything themselves and threw everything away themselves. There is a conder and a TV in the room, one refrigerator per floor (the fish was removed in the morning, by the evening it was all rotten, the refrigerator does not cope with its task). Nutrition is a separate topic... Portions for small children (from the series one potato and a piece of meat from goulash, half a sausage, okroshka without sausage, soup from one broth), but the problem is that we went around all the canteens and there is the same situation, tasteless. The men went hungry all the time. In the hotel, the dining room tables are always dirty, there are no napkins, the trays are sticky. The child vomited from the compote, so they didn't even give us a rag, clean it up yourself as you want) the most extreme boiling point was that the eviction was at 12.00. We went in advance and asked that we be left with one room for two families for a couple of hours, because we had to wait for a transfer, and the heat is 35 degrees, there is no canopy, small children. We were refused, referring to the fact that we need to clean up when the guests arrive. ok. We suffered in the heat for all 2.5 hours, but the room never started to be cleaned, so we could safely stay in it, but they refused us. A very piggish attitude towards guests, especially with young children.
One of the advantages is a clean pool. Well, the transfer of the hotel, for your money, will be delivered anywhere in Abkhazia and at any time, so also with a conder)
The sea is clean, there are fewer people than in the Krasnodar Territory and the Crimea, the nature is amazing despite all the devastation, there are no entertainments for children, only a trampoline.
In general, if you want to relax in comfort, then this hotel is clearly not for you for this money)

This is exactly what you will feel in this mini-hotel. Do not look at the proud postscript "All inclusive", here you will not be able to eat normally (neither good, nor tasty, nor full). Portions for a child are given out on sticky trays 3 times a day. From the "included" cooled slightly brewed tea and fermented compote. Buy the rest at the bar.
There is a swimming pool on the territory, 4 umbrellas (we cannot imagine how their shade will be shared by vacationers in July). A playground in the sun. The dining area is on the street, there is nothing to say about cleaning this area - it is not there, even the tables after dinner are not wiped for the next guests. The condition of the rooms is average, you will have 2 mini bedside tables, and instead of a wardrobe or chest of drawers - 2 rods and 5 hangers. I'll have to live in a mess. The water in the boiler ends at the ablution of 1 child and 1 adult, the rest wait until it heats up. You will not even wait for a piece of soap to wash your hands elementary. From more or less decent -looking new bed linen and mattresses.
The beach is unequipped, in cow cakes. Cows, by the way, swim here, so you can watch a lot.
There are many shops nearby, the prices are very reasonable.
Abkhazia is beautiful for its nature, but the words "convenience for guests" are not known in this hotel. Choose better hotels in cities, in Gagra it is at least a little more decent and there is a choice where you can have a snack, the same tranquility and feeling of at least some kind of resort. But such remote villages with such small-scale placements - no, just spoil your impression.

The hotel is good. A big plus is its own bar and heated swimming pool. The only drawback is that the room is damp on the ground floor.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband in the summer of 2019. We were very satisfied. The owners of the hotel are pleasant and polite people. The food is delicious. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The sea is generally amazing. Clean, transparent. There is little entertainment. But there are a lot of excursions. If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, then I strongly advise you to go there. However, now because of the pandemic, it is not known what will happen to summer holidays.

It was planned to spend 4 days in this hotel. The price for 1 night was 5700. The price included the so-called "all inclusive". The food is disgusting, from the word at all. If you have ever had to stay in the hospital in the infectious diseases department, this is the kind of food in this hotel. There is no closet in the room, no mirror, no refrigerator, the door to the balcony opens with difficulty, by morning the toilet began to smell of sewage. I attach a photo of an omelet for breakfast (all according to the issue, so that I don't get an extra piece). To top off the picture: a girl vomited at breakfast, and the guests began to say that the rotovirus mows everyone down in turn. The village itself, where the Hotel is located, is also terrible. When I announced that I was checking out, the hostess of the hotel charged me another 2 thousand rubles, that is, a night in this wonderful hotel cost me around 8 thousand (in Krasnaya Polyana, a 5* spa Hotel with an amazing breakfast costs 6 thousand a night). Moreover, the hostess of the hotel informed the booking that I had not stopped by at all, had not paid any money, and accordingly I could not leave a review on the booking. I do not recommend it in any case!

A quiet place, the staff are friendly, help with various requests, clean, transfer on arrival and back. They cook delicious food. The only drawback is the sea 700 meters away, but there are no noisy cafes nearby.

In general, an unsuccessful choice of hotel, a BIG MINUS in the KITCHEN, the food is disgusting, the portions are small, everything is not tasty! For 6 days of rest, there were only pasta, noodle soup (well, like soup, one broth), cutlets, rice, buckwheat.... Moreover, this hotel is booked only with meals,! Now I'll tell you about the rooms - there are no refrigerators in the room, there is no hair dryer, cleaning is also a big problem.... One plus is the territory, it is large and the pool is always warm and clean!

The pool is adult only, dirty. The food is very simple, for example buckwheat with one chicken wing (for a man, this is nothing) the lock did not work in the room, the door to the toilet did not close, the push itself was hanging out.. And it is not clear why a dressing room is occupied in room 12q5???
