A pleasant hotel. Large beach area with lots of pools and children's entertainment. Five-plus meals, lots of fish and seafood - everything is very tasty. The hotel staff mostly speak both English and Russian, and there are no difficulties in understanding each other. The room is nice, a little tired, but everything is clean and in working order. The overall impression is very positive.

My favorite hotel in Kundu) I've been to it 8 times. The last time was in June 2024. Everything is cool as always, but it didn't work out for me. Either I've matured, or I haven't enjoyed a vacation with the British. In previous years, there were many tourists from the CIS countries, as well as Iran and Germany, at the hotel. The last time there were a lot of English people, and of course they are crazy... constant noise, uproar and drunken dancing. The animation has changed a lot, it is also designed for a contingent of vacationers, although the shows have become much cooler.: A new stage, themed evenings, but few dances and the club is open until 01:00, then the hotel only has a drink at the night bar on the 1st floor or go to sleep in the room.
The food is at a high level, the beach infrastructure is excellent, despite the fact that you have to go or take a transfer, it does not overshadow much, on the contrary, you can shake up breakfast, lunch or dinner)

The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained. The staff is smiling and friendly, they always try to help. It was in November, the food was varied, but I would like more fish, there was very little of it. A wonderful hammam and a Finnish sauna, after the cool sea, is very useful, next to the indoor pool there is access to an outdoor heated pool, which is very useful in November. The rest of the pools are cold.
The hotel is located on the second line, but it is practically not felt, the shuttle runs regularly, they did not use it much, they walked for 10 minutes.
A separate recreation area on the beach, with a restaurant and bar, pools with slides. The changing rooms and the toilet are constantly cleaned, very clean!
