Clean, cozy, good-natured host, Olimaka. Registan is across the street, everything is within walking distance, and the price of $ 23 for two is super. There is air conditioning, Parking, a shop with everything you need. I recommend it, at this price you are unlikely to find it.

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, Registan is a one-minute leisurely walk away. The owner of the hotel is very sincere. Clean, the room has everything you need, good mattresses and bed linen. I highly recommend it!

A good, helpful host helps with taxis and places to eat, without obsession, everything is on the case.
The location is simply the best, 2 minutes from Regestan. At the same time, it is located in the courtyard, so it is very quiet. The rooms are small, sleep is normal, there are condos and WiFi. Cafes are better to look for there in the depths of buns and courtyards, on the main street it is expensive and too crowded.

Minuses:
1) cramped rooms
2) there is no concept of subordination between the staff (the owners of the guest house) and the guests.
3) the door closes at night, so if you decide to go out at night, you will have to wake up without hesitation so that the door is opened for you and it is also closed behind you.
4) there is no breakfast even for payment.
