We arrived at 4 a.m. I booked a room and, just to be sure, corresponded with the hotel for 2 days so that we could be checked in at that time. I was promised that there would be no problems and I would be settled. As a result, no one met us at the reception, so we had to wander around the hotel lobby and look for someone who could check us in. They found the manager sleeping on the couch. I showed him the reservation, showed him the correspondence with the hotel. To which he said that he didn't know anything, there were no places and he couldn't settle us!!!!!. As a result, at 5 a.m. I had to walk across half the city to the nearest hotel. Disgusting place and staff

They were well received. Friendly staff.
The room is clean. True, I came across a room without windows, but this did not overshadow my stay. On my next visit, if I'm in the area, it's possible that I'll rent a room again.

It seems like the guys are trying, the staff is good, but there are problems:
1. Wi-Fi just doesn't catch 90% of the time, and when it does, it's weak. (Maybe it's a joint of my room, there's nothing to compare it with)
2. The cleaning is not very high quality. The room has dim lighting, but during the day you can see that there is dust in places. The bed linen is without complaints.
3. Sound insulation - I woke up from the arrival of other neighbors and from the noise of the rain (very loud)
In general, everything can be explained by the Neva price. If you don't need Wi-Fi, then you can stop for a day or two. The location was quite convenient for me.

The usual standard rooms. However, the audibility is just tinny. Everything that happens in the hallway is like there are people standing in front of your bed. You also need to remember to turn on the refrigerator yourself in advance, because it was initially turned off, and it certainly doesn't stink very much. But if you cleanly throw things and come to sleep, it's a normal option. The air conditioner is working properly in the room, the water does not stink (as in some other hotels)

I called the receptionist 2 hours before arrival to book a room in this "wonderful" hotel.
Upon arrival at 3 a.m., I was tired, immediately paid 24 thousand tenge, wanted to pay with a bank card, or through the local Kazakh payment method Kaspi QR, I was very confused by the moment that they began to dissuade me from these payment methods, and I was strongly asked to make a transfer by phone number. Well, that's okay, half the trouble. It was possible to turn a blind eye to this, which I actually did.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately confused by the unpleasant smell.. and it was possible to find fault with cleanliness... but this is not the main problem....
THERE ARE COCKROACHES CRAWLING IN THE ROOM, COCKROACHES.
I saw two cockroaches on the wall
And one right on the bed linen ... well, how do you like that, gentlemen?))
I suppose everyone would still have the desire to spend the night after that?))) I think not.

This room is not worth the money.
The continuation of the story — I stayed in the room for literally 2 minutes, after which I took my things and went down to the reception with a polite request to return my money to me. Not only did I talk very culturally and politely, although I had every right to make a scandal (other people would have done so in my place) I said deduct a small amount for the reservation, and return me + - 20 thousand, I thought it was fair.
But after long conversations with the authorities, they returned only 12 thousand tenge to me. 12!!!
I would be in solidarity with this decision in the event that I would have the room in order and without cockroaches, and I would have gone to ask for a refund, THEN 12 thousand to return it correctly.
But I did not swear and argue, let it be on their conscience.)

I arrived on a business trip. The staff is very polite. The room is clean, the furniture is normal. There was a bar across the wall from my room. I woke up at night to loud music and staff talking. Near the entrance to the room there is an entrance to the staff office. Their door has a magnetic lock with a door closer, which constantly beeps and knocks. I woke up early in the morning because they had a construction site behind the other wall from me and they hammered from 7-8 hours. I had to change this hotel to another one

Loud music is playing at night, and when asked by the reception staff, they answered that there was a bar nearby and they couldn't do anything. In the morning, construction is underway in the neighboring premises and a hammer is being hammered. I will not come again
