One of my favorite places in Abkhazia. Located near the highway, it is easy to find. There are several pools of different temperatures, plenty of space, there are changing rooms and a decent toilet. It's about a half-hour drive from Sukhum. It is best to visit in the summer in the evening, some pools are noticeably hot, it can be uncomfortable in the heat. At any time in winter, but keep in mind that after these baths you only want to sleep, it is very relaxing.

A great place for a weekend getaway. Springs with different temperatures from very hot water to just a pleasant temperature, and there is also a mud bath and several pipes from which water flows at different temperatures and standing under these pipes you get the effect of a Charcot shower, body massage. I didn't see anything of the amenities in the form of a shower and toilet, although there probably is.Changing rooms are right outdoors and if you are a lover of comfort and convenience, then you are not here! This is exactly the atmosphere of wild tourism and enjoying nature, and no one is selling or imposing anything on you!

Considering that this is Abkhazia, it is a good source. Admission is 300 rubles. The territory is clean. There are a lot of pools and hot (under the roof) and a few warm and cool. The depth is good. Here are the pipes from which the water flows for hydro massage is not enough and the sun beds there are half-broken. It would be nice to add pipes for hydro massage to the pools and have water flow from them at a comfortable temperature.
The changing rooms are outside.

This spring has recently been opened, there are fewer people there than at the old source.

A great place to relax in winter.
There are five pools with hot water. The water temperature in the pools varies from hot to cool.
The area is clean. There are a lot of free places for clothes. It's not crowded. The water in the pools is clean.
There are "massagers" raised above the surface of the gutter, along which warm water falls from a height.
There is a small shop on site where you can buy drinks and sweets.
There is a parking lot at the entrance to the territory. There is no charge for parking.
Entrance to the territory of the source is paid. Three hundred rubles for adults and one hundred and fifty rubles for children.
Next to the spring there is a large greenhouse complex where you can buy vegetables.
We visit this spring quite often, which is what we wish for everyone.

The old Kyndyg, located in the shady thicket of a eucalyptus grove on the outskirts of the village of the same name, is considered today the most popular thermal spring in Abkhazia. Hot massage showers;
a mud lake saturated with hydrogen sulfide;
pools with mineralized water of various temperatures. We really liked it, but since we were on excursions all over Abkhazia, we didn't seem to have much time there! There are a lot of people, although there were on weekdays!

The journey from Sukhum by minibus takes 35 minutes, the cost is 200 rubles. Entrance is paid, 300 rubles. The territory is clean, well-groomed, modestly but rationally. There are changing booths, canopies. There are 5 pools with different temperatures. So you can feel like either a dumpling in a saucepan, or in the role of a walrus. There is a hydro massage, a mud lake, although the approach is not very good. There is a cafe, you can have a snack and drink coffee or tea. The toilet is clean and free. We were very satisfied.

I visited with my wife yesterday. The price is 300 rubles, so we were brought from Sochi to the source for 1.5 hours. Running mineral water is about 6 grams of salt per liter. There is dirt. Cons- there is a handrail on the hottest pool, but it is the only one, on the penultimate pool there is a handrail made of a stick with a partially worn HDPE pipe. I would like a metal galvanized or stainless steel rigidly fixed railing imho. Well, the lack of a sauna nearby, a warm cafe SPA. So that when a person leaves the pool for the air, let's say at + 5, he can sit in a warm place and then go back into the pool. It is clear that if gas is drawn in there, additional infrastructure may appear

We were at the source. An amazing place)) the water is super. There are several warm pools... But there are disadvantages.. it's a toilet, a terrible place without paper and very dirty. There are few changing rooms and we have been looking for a long time where to hang things. It is better to leave shoes in front of the pool a little further away ..))) or the kids will scatter them! And I would also highly recommend the organizers to make one of the pools purely for children. We witnessed how a child blew his nose right into the water and washed his hands there, and the second one shouted that he no longer needed to go to the toilet.... I couldn't go into the water anymore))) But this is the case in any public swimming pools .. There is no strict control over this! There is another disadvantage, the parking is not big, take into account!

Unlike the rest of the ennobled springs, there is always clean water in the pools, there is enough space for people. Free parking and toilet. And in general , it 's somehow more cozy or something . You can take a hot water massage while sitting in the pool. All pools are different in temperature and bottom filling ( where the concrete is smooth , there are small and large pebbles) . It is important that it develops, with each of our visits, something new appears and it pleases. Develop the Country of the Soul.

We stopped on the way to Sukhum, returning from an excursion to the waterfalls. The first impression of the wife and children was negative, because the water in the pools is dirty and there is something similar to frog caviar, but then we plunged into several pools with different temperatures and realized that it is very cool, especially if you come here in winter. I had a feeling like after a bath or sauna. There is also a small swamp with black mud, but unfortunately it is not equipped, it is extremely inconvenient to get mud. It is clear that everything is left to chance and no one invests money in development, although each visitor pays 300 rubles.

The natural mineral spring in the village of Kyndyg is just half an hour's drive from Sukhum. This is a whole wellness complex: in addition to healing springs gushing from the ground, there are several pools with mineral water, a container with hydrogen sulfide mud, and a hydro massage. We visited this particular source last year, in 2022. My impressions were mixed. I'll start with parking: there is a clearing in front of the entrance to the spring, you drive in, park and ... suddenly there is a man who declares himself a parking guard and offers to pay for it. There is, of course, a choice: start pumping rights, demand documents, on the basis of which parking is paid... But then you have to leave the car here and go to the source. Well, it's not expensive, 200 rubles in 2022.
The entrance to the territory of the source was 300 rubles per person. At the same time, it is worth noting that this is perhaps the most well-groomed and developed source in terms of infrastructure: there is a cafe, you can buy water, ice cream, you can eat. If, of course, there are places. Because at the same time, it is also the most visited source. There were three others: they were smaller, there was less entertainment, but there were also many times fewer people.
So, about everyday life: you will have to leave your things right on the benches around the pools, on hooks. Therefore, grab a bag or a bag. There is a luggage room, but we did not use it. There are changing rooms.
There are juices that beat from a decent height, benches under them, you can put any part of the body under the stream. There are several pools with water of different temperatures.
Excursions are actively carried to this source, so there are a lot of people, well, a lot. It might scare someone away.
The water is greenish in color. In general, everything is somewhat "Soviet-style", if you understand. Therefore, you need to be prepared for the fact that this is not Karlovy Vary or Budapest with its baths. Everything is a little different. Be prepared for simplicity and minimalism.
