I give this place 1/10
Firstly, the staff doesn't know the dishes well.
The waiters, after taking the dishes, eat something from them in front of the guests while they go to the kitchen. 😁
The tables were dirty, they sat down at the table- there were crumbs all over the table. I had to wipe the table myself🤡
The cutlery, in particular the forks, are dirty. He asked me to replace it with clean ones (but just in case, he wiped it with a damp cloth).
Secondly, when asked which lagman you can try if you don't like spicy, they said homemade (it's disgusting, the vegetables seem to have been frozen and thrown right before serving, there are no questions about noodles), but the problem is that my friend ordered a Tsomian and it wasn't spicy for a second.
Thirdly, the Greek salad, it looks like they just threw in the leftovers, and the cheese that should melt in your mouth just turned out to taste like rubber and have a plastic texture.
I am only satisfied with Tashkent tea.

I am a lagman lover and I love as-Kazan with all my heart, because it has delicious lagman and reasonable prices. The place itself is a bit nondescript, but the food is excellent. They cook quickly.

We would like to express our gratitude to the cafe staff and the administrator, a sweet and friendly girl, for their kind hearts. We went to feed the children from the orphanage after performing at the festival held in Dom36. There were a lot of children, and the budget was very limited, we asked the administrator while we were waiting for hot things to help with tea for children. The administrator and the staff not only brought hot tea to the children, but also hot baursaks and fried rice...It was very pleasant.
Homemade lagman, baursaks were very tasty.

I haven't eaten such a delicious beshbarmak for a long time!

Very cozy room and location, there are places in the hall and on the street.
The service is on four, but there is an administrator in the hall who "speeds up" the staff and politely clarifies the feedback from the guests.
I liked it, I'll come here again if possible.

It used to be the most favorite place to end the day after the mountains)
However, the last visit was not particularly impressive, for the most part the food.
The baursaks are no longer the same, the shurpa is potatoes without salt, cooked separately, the meat is rubber, the broth is as if from other meat. There is no navar and no single concept of a shurpa. Portions have decreased somewhat.

The food is not tasty at all, we wanted to eat heartily with an appetite, we were specifically looking for oriental cuisine in Almaty. Fried mantas were served, in which there was no understandable stuffing, even the children did not eat. Mashed potatoes with a cutlet look old, as if they were warmed up, not tasty. In a large portion of lagman, there are five thin pieces of meat on the entire plate. In general, we were disappointed. The check for 2 adults and 2 children amounted to 20,000 tenge, which is very expensive for such dishes.

The staff is fast and helpful. They know the menu. The menu is varied. Chefs cook delicious food. However, you wait for the order for 15 minutes, I think they cook individually. The prices are affordable. The interior is above average, for such establishments. If I visit this area, I definitely come in. Disadvantage: they accept payment by transfer. Or cash.

On August 30, on Constitution Day, my wife and Young son had dinner and ordered meat tsomyan lagman herring and soup with meatballs for my son, and baursaks, which he loves very much. The tsomyan was too salty, the sap with black pepper meatballs was overdone, the lagman of herring was served as if in the eateries from the alley. And the baursaks did not bring them at all, but they seemed as if they had been sewn up. Although there were only seven tables. The first time I came to eat like this and left hungry.

Everything has changed dramatically, repairs have been made and, apparently, due to this, less qualified staff have been hired and service control has been removed and the quality of the dishes has completely dropped. Tea and cups were brought, sugar in bags was brought in the same cups and then pulled out and thrown on the table. Gourmet noodles for real, noodles from a pasta machine are served instead.

An ordinary dining room where different types of lagmans are prepared . Lagamans are expensive in price ( 2890 tenge per serving). The meat in the lagman is not fried, it is impossible to chew. But the dough noodles are delicious. You can eat dumplings , borscht , salads for the price of a cafe . The waiters serve quickly and politely .
