I recommend going to breakfast.
Excellent view of the Bosphorus, a good selection of breakfasts. Overall good service (for Turkey).
Good music and general atmosphere.
Decently behaving seagulls :)
Breakfast for two includes many different plates with Turkish dishes.
Of course, it's a long way to a healthy lifestyle. But it's worth a try once.
I would especially like to mention the Turkish coffee service. The best I've seen. On the statue of a horse, with water and candy.

An unequivocal recommendation for breakfast!
Turkish, with a million plates. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's delicious and beautiful. Everything will be there: sausages, vegetables, eggs, sweets and donuts.

Be sure to add freshly squeezed juice. And a million cups of tea
But it's better to drink coffee after breakfast in the old town, rather than on the narrow streets.

A great restaurant with a great view. We went there after sunset on the open veranda. The view is breathtaking, everything is highlighted: the mosque, the bridges. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very warm, the service is at the highest level, everything is quickly brought, taken away. It is convenient to make orders, they give you a tablet with a choice of language, there is a menu with pictures, you just put the selected one in the basket and that's it. Hookahs are mega cool! The portions of food are large, they don't put tons of ice in lemonades, you pay purely for lemonade, it's so unusual and cool)) The price tag is average: for two to eat hot + lemonades + hookah, about 1,500 lira came out. I recommend you to visit!

We placed an order from two tablets, waited for 30 minutes until only the order made from one of the tablets was brought, we lost the second order, we had to re-place the second order and wait for another 20 minutes. All the dishes are chipped and dirty. The table they put us at and the chairs are dirty, covered in crumbs of food.
