There is also a large department where you can find everything you need to take care of the garden, vegetable garden, backyard of a country house. I was completely delighted with the store. I liked everything from the consultation to the loading of the goods. In this warehouse store, we have chosen everything necessary for repairs. There was a product in stock and much cheaper than in Minsk, which could only be bought under the order.

We ordered building materials, delivery outside the city. On the phone, the consultant knocked up the amount and said that this amount was final. Delivery to the village of Kostritsa amounted to forty rubles.
The order was for ten sheets of drywall, five sheets of plywood and ten bags of cement. The delivery is negotiated with a skid from the car into the yard.
The delivery amount was 40 rubles. The consultant clarified that the amount of the delivery and the contract is final, saying how much the driver needs to pay according to the invoice. The invoice contains the amount discussed with the consultant.
The delivery was taken by an elderly grandmother, to whom the movers announced another plus 20 rubles for delivery. The amount in the invoice remained unchanged.
Is this the initiative of the movers — to rip off more than the required amount from an elderly person? Or did they estimate the unloading (five steps from the gate to the canopy) at such an amount? I don't know.
Why is the amount not specified in the invoice? Why don't the consultants announce the amount for unloading, if this is an existing service? Or is there no such service?
It's not about twenty rubles. The fact is that movers allow themselves to rip off money from elderly grandmothers. The question was asked to the consultant, she could not answer it.
